Theo walked down the hall, his head bent as always. He disliked people pointing at him whispering like they always did. It was mostly because of his scar. He tried to hide it one time with make up. Ended up only getting teased more. He sighed and walked on, holding his books close to his side and his hand gripped around his wand. If things got to bad a few jinxes never seriously hurt anyone. Nimbus meowed at Theo's feet, desperate for the attention he so rightfully does not deserve. Theo shooed his cat away and kept walking. He wondered what he should do for the ball. Ah yes. An empty Slytherin common room would be great for practicing spells. Fat chance he was going.

She brushed back some of her hair that had disheveled once more in the wind, watching a couple of students head back towards the castle. It was getting a bit darker now, "Dinner must be soon." Piper thought. She was glancing at Percy every now and then, but only when he wasn't looking at her.

Percy kept his hands shoved in his pockets as they entered the school. Percy walked along the hall in silence, keeping his pace even with Pipers. He opened the door to the Great Hall for her then followed behind. The thought stuck him that they couldn't sit together. Different houses. He frowned at this but then shrugged it off "Well, I guess I'll see you around" Percy said turning and smiled at Piper. He offered her his hand somewhat awkardly. They weren't exactly going out but weren't exactly friends. He wasn't sure what the right gesture would be. Maybe a wave?
