If you were wondering, Amy doesn't exactly contract like Sebastian, for instance becoming a maid. She grants swift last-moment wishes before people die. She works with an unknown Grim Reaper, who secretly tells her of soon-to-die people later on. They meet while Ciel sends her to get food for the servants.
