Syth woke up grumbling as he felt a hand on him, but relaxed when he saw Alison. He changed into a big black cat and curled up beside her.

Syth blinked, but let her curl up beside him. He gently swept his tail around, slightly on her as he closed his eyes, setting his head down.

Alison smiled in her sleep at the comfortable warmth as her dreams quieted, the restless feel drifting away to be replaced with contentment.

Syth sighed quietly as he slightly curled up, but not much in case he woke Alison, and let his breath deepen.
