He nodded slightly following next to Olivia as they headed towards Death's room. "To be honest, I've been fairly excited as well." He said, a faint smile on his face. "I haven't been out in a while, actually." He added, removing his hand from the pocket and bringing it up to the side of his head. He turned the screw a few clicks before moving his hand back into the coat pocket.

He jumped slightly as he heard someone behind him. He turned around to face a girl that looked around the same age as him. "O-oh, hi." He mumbled shyly. He was never very good at talking to strangers. "Did you need something?" He asked, setting the grocery bag he was carrying down.

"No, I don't. Would you like some help?" She tilted her head as she looked at the bag. "I would love to help if you don't mind. What's your name? I'm Thorn. Do you go to DWMA? You look like you do. Are you a weapon or meister? I'm a meister. Are you sure I can't help? I really would love to. Oh, wait, am I talking too fast?" She said he voice rather quick, pelting the poor boy with questions.

Katie you do not know how badly I wanted to make James say 'ok mum' but then I realized Emma might skin him for saying it XD ))

James watched Emma for her response "Of course." he said with a sugary smile. The brown-haired boy then picked his pace up and started to walk next to Emma instead of behind her.

Mai just stared at her hand even after Brock had helped her up but just shook her head and smiled looking at Brock as if nothing had happened. The auburn-haired girl watched Brock as he asked if she had a partner "Ah, no not yet. You see I'm new, I just started school today." she answered with a slight shrug.

I opened my eyes upon hearing Toki's remark, surprised he'd heard of Petit Biscuit before. "Yeah... My Mother loved listening to these songs," I commented, not really thinking before I spoke. "Why would I say that?" I thought to myself, questioning my choose of words. I turned my attention back to the device in my hand, watching from the corner of my eye as he sat down beside me. I could tell he seemed cautious of me, acting as if I were about to pounce on him or lash out. I wanted to say something else, but my mind was blank, I had nothing to say, really. I let my eyes drift closed again as the song came to an end. I opened my eyes again once I heard the next song begin. Without looking at the screen I already knew the song. It was by the same artist and was titled "Blue Deep Eyes". I recalled what my mother had said to me when I first heard her listening to this song.
*memory begins*
"This song reminds me of you, Damian," My mother spoke gently to me, holding me in her arms as I hugged her neck. I had just woken up in tears due to a nightmare I had. She wiped away my tears, her soft hands and familiar scent comforting me.
"W-why's that, M-mama?"
My voice was shaken and lined with sobs. I looked up at her, my deep blue eyes reflecting my fading fear as it was replaced by comfort.
"It's called 'Blue Deep Eyes'" She replied, giving me a smile.
"So... L-like my eyes?" I asked, my sobbing diminishing as I retuned the smile.
She nodded with a smile and began to hum along with the melody as she held me close, stroking the back of my head to comfort me.

I took in a deep breath, trying to clear my head of the thoughts of my mother. I continued listening to the calming but somewhat cheery song as I remembered the sound of my mother humming along. I looked up, staring at the blue sky. My deep blue eyes seemed to reflect the sunlight, making them appear a beautiful bright blue.

Hearing James pick up the pace as his footsteps became both heavier and faster, Enna turned her head slightly to glance at him. A moment after she did so, the brown haired boy was by her side, a smile on his face as he matched her pace. Unable to help it, she cracked a small grin and turned her attention back towards the hallway in front of her. "So, do you think we'll be approved to be partners?" the jet black haired girl thought aloud, raising an eyebrow and looking at Janes. The Death Room wasn't too far away now, so would probably reach it in a minute or two. Putting her hands in her pockets, she stared at him with those icy blue eyes of hers, once again thankful that she ran into him.

~I look over at her. "Yeah. I am new too." I get a shiver down my back like someone was looking at me in the eyes. I look down to Mai and see that she was. I grin a little bit. I give a nervous laugh and rub my head.

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure that was the last time." He responded, quickly hooking his chair he had left outside Olivia's classroom onto his arm. After a little bit of walking, he spotted Death's room in the distance. "Hopefully he's still here." He mumbled.

"Umm..." He mumbled, his cheeks turning a light pink from embarrassment. "I-I don't think I need any help, but thanks anyway." He added. "I'm Tavros, nice to meet you." He also added.
