Alec then gracefully, took her hand and lead her away and into the Great Hall. "Would you like to dance?" He asked indicating towards the dance floor.

"Hey Ivy, how's your father?" He asked as she came back.

"I think I'm just growing up a little fast for him but je said hes fine" ivy said

Cheyanne put the necklace in her pocket and suddenly got an idea. She headed to the library and found quite a few books on creating magical items. Items with magical abilities, that is. She sat down, completely engulfed in the books.

Lyra got up and stepped outside, breathing in the cool night air. She loved the great outdoors, unlike her twin. Lyra shut her eyes listening to the sounds of outside. Silence. She personally did not enjoy it as much as others described it as. Most described it as a calm, peaceful feeling, but Lyra found it boring. She sighed, looking at the forest.

Elizabeth nodded consent to his words and kept hold of his hand as they got off the dance floor since she didn't want to get lost or separated in the crowd. When they reached the beverage and snack table, Beth picked a small glass of butter beer. She smiled at Robbie and watched the other dancers. She assessed the skill of the others. Beth decided that Robbie was a much better dancer then most of the guys.

Sveimun felt heat rise to his cheeks at her praise, "it's not that good" he said "but thank you"

"Well that's to be expected but at least he is ok" he said

Robbie picked up a glass of butterbeer then turned to watch the other dancers like Beth did. He took pride in the fact that he seemed to be a better dancer then most of the guys.

Beth's free hand found his once more. She finished the butter beer in her other hand and set down the cup. She turned to watch Robbie

Robbie hadn't quite finished his butterbeer yet but it wasn't long before he had and his cup was back on the table with the hand that wasn't holding hers.

Not knowing what to say, the girl slowly stood up and brushed her cape, not bothering to fix her top button and tie. She looked at the boy for a split second and bit her lip as she turned away. Her black converse shoes stepped on top of each other as she felt more and more awkward.
