Maar put on his dark suit and his phoenix feather necklace. He looked at the mirror and shook his head. Harper might think it was ridiculous, the fact that he still wore it. He quickly tucked it shirt, though the string around his neck was slightly noticable. He swiftly strode to where Harper should be, still worried about the entire situation in general. Quit worrying, you paranoid half human, the voice in his head muttered with annoyance. Maar ignored it and focused on finding Harper, which was not hard for him. "You look great," he greeted her, which was true. Though a better word would be astounding.

Lyra entered the ballroom, unsure of what to expect. She looked around, making a face that represented 'well then' and sat down at a table that was empty. Lyra noticed War and raised an eyebrow in amusement.

When Cheyanne returned to the common rom, few people were there. She rolled her eyes at the fact that everyone was at the dance and went to the girls' dorm. Assuming nobody could hear her, she started singing 'Run To You' by Pentatonix. Her relatives always claimed she had a great voice, but Cheyanne was not willing to let this show, even if singing helped with thoughts.
