The Outcasts

Description:

In a futuristic society everyone lives peacefully, except a few certain people. Every year there is a vote to decide who the outcasts will be. You can only be voted out from the ages of 12 to 17, once you're 18 you're safe. In addition to the people voted out of society, all prisoners that are arrested before the age of 12 that turn 12 or imprisoned before voting begins and are also outcasts. And a few unlucky orphans that aren't adopted by the age of 12 also join them. Only five people are voted as outcast, so if your parents are still alive and you don't end up in jail, you better watch your back. You never know if your friends think you're an outcast, you never know who to trust. Are you an outcast?

It's actually a little odd that she was caught so many times by the police, as if someone was framing her.
-History (opt): After being in 'the business' of CHERUB for so long, and being caught multiple times by the police for doing criminal acts such as stealing and vandalising, When finally she went too far by injuring a man by 'accident', using a machete, she was voted out of the society.
