The world of Pokémon has changed over the years. Here in the Hoenn Region, many new Pokémon from all over the world have migrated, including Legendary Pokémon. But the main change is a device called a Poké Loader. The Poké Loader is a Pokédex, PC, and much more all in one. The main purpose of a Poké Loader is to induce Pokémon fusion. Pokémon fusion allows Pokémon to combine their abilities and become one stronger, fused Pokémon. This is useful in many ways, allowing Pokémon to fuse together to cover each other's type disadvantages. However, battle hungry trainers are misusing the Poké Loader's abilities. They try to fuse too many Pokémon together at once, which in extreme cases, can cause the Loader to overload, and explode, which may severely injure the Pokémon stored inside it, and prevent the fused Pokémon from defusing. Due to this, many good hearted Pokémon trainers have signed up as undercover Pokémon Protection Agency Agents. While they continue on their journey, they are to stop any trainers who fuse three or more Pokémon together from battling, by using the Override Function installed in their Poké Loader, confiscate their Poké Loader, and arrest them, using excessive force if needed.
