Tasha shied away slightly at first, but then relaxed alittle in his hug, sighing softly as she rested her head agains't his shoulder, "I want to go home." she murmered shakly, feeling on the verge of crying again.

Nat sighed and nodded, "Alright," he told her softly and stood, gently bending down to pick her up bridal style gently.

Tasha let him pick her up, sighing softly as she held onto him tightly and rested her head agains't his chest, closing her eyes tightly and tensing.

"You're safe," Nat repeated quickly as he noticed she was still tensed, he set off in the direction of the trail, easily carrying her weight.

Tasha nodded slightly, not talking. She sighed quietly, holding onto him tighter and keeping her eyes closed, somewhat relaxing.

Nat smiled as he felt her relaxing, reaching the path he set off toward the house, staying alert for any others.

Tasha sighed, "I thought you were dead for a moment." she murmered quietly, shuddering and clutching him tighter as if he was going to disapear.

Nat chuckled, through he was a bit touched that she had been affected by the thought that he might have become wolf meat, "Me? nah." he smiled slightly down at her then looked ahead again.

Tasha smiled very faintly and relaxed slightly, finally feeling that she was somewhat safe. She sighed suddenly, "I was so stupid for running like that." she murmered quietly, looking down.

"No you weren't," Nat sighed, "it was a natural reaction," he reassured her quietly, and it was honest, it was a natural reaction for prey to run from a predator, and humans were in the prey category for werewolves, and as much as he wanted to believe otherwise he knew he would never be able to show her his true form, even without the laws and rules that went with being a were, it would kill him to have her run from him in fear.
