Thanah blinked."huh? Why not?" he asked, clipping the ring to his belt again. "Hwow do you plan on getting in otherwise?"

"I plan on getting in without your help," he sneered. Alistar tightened the drawstring on his tattered pants and tucked his stained shirt into the waistline. He walked away from Thanah and toward the palace, his bare feet inaudible on the hard ground.

THanah sighed and threw the keys down on the ground, walking some distance away from it, wonding it the little thief would go for it.

Alistar was among the bustling crowd, weaving his way toward the palace. His stomach howled at him and he clutched it feebly while his eyes darted to the guard, now a little ways away. He slipped into the palace and welcomed the cool marble.

Thanah side and watched the keys, ralizizing that Alistar wasn't gonna go for them. Then, he figured out he wasn't even in the premises..."where'd he go...?" he mustered, grabbing the keys and heading towards the palace.

Alistar slinked down the corridors, pressed against the wall with his small knife in hand. His eyes and ears were peeled for anything that mighy be worth making a sidestop for, but he ended up making it all the way to the King's bedroom without grabbing anything else. He tried the door; it was locked.

Jewel shrugged and blinked a few times. "Well.... I think you are." She said.

Sinbad kissed Kougyoku on her cheek. "I need to go. I have somethings I need to get done." He said.

Thanah's footsteps could be heard coning down the palace hall, his soft shoes barely making any audible noise, but since it was completely silent in the building, the steps were almost deafening.

Alistar heard the footsteps and quickly hid himself. He was braced against the wall, wedges between two ornate vases. His heart pounded in his chest.

Thanah passed him by, heading into the king's bedroom himself and leaving the door open behind him. He hadn't noticed Alistar.
