A new world (Pokemon rp.)

Zero crouched in the tall grass just outside of Littleroot Town, staring intently at his Pokenav. He'd been tracking a bird pokemon for some time now, and he was just about to run it down. He'd been told that the pokemon picked up by the pokenav sometimes had special moves, and Tailow had one in particluar that he knew would be very useful in the upcoming battles. He slowly crept forward towards the twitching patch of grass, but he must have moved a bit too fast, because the Tailow flew away. Swearing under his breath and standing back up, the veteran trainer began pacing around on the path outside, waiting for another signal.

Yuuki pulled on her black jumper, shaking the sleeves down.. They slid just past her knuckles and she pulls at them anxiously. She was getting a Pokemon from the Professor today and she was very nervous, partly because of how important the day was and that she might have to speak to people. Slinging on her bag, she pulled out her headphones and stared walking the short distance to the Lab.

"Malic, search."
The dark haired man murmured as he released the little swallow from it's pokeball, watching as it followed his simple command and took to the sky. Reed's memories flickered sadly as he remembered the poor condition the Taillow had been in.....

Walking calmly through the light rain that was sure to only get worse, Reed heard the shrill shout of a child and quickly ran to see what had happened. He had thought the young boy had hurt himself of was in trouble, but this was not the case. An injured Taillow sat shivering on the muddy ground, listening to it's trainer shamefully as he shouted in anger.
"What do you think your doing, kid?"
Reed's low voice surprised the boy, and he turned around with wide, aggressive eyes and a sneer on his small face.
"What's it look like old man?! I'm trying to train this stupid cruddy Pokemon!"
Reed watched the boy, listening carefully to every syllable he uttered. After he was done, Reed walked over to the bird and picked it up gently, before turning back to the kid who's expression had changed to blatant surprise.
"I am taking your Pokemon. If you ever get another Pokemon, you had bloody better treat it right. I will find you if you otherwise... "

That happened barely two weeks ago, and the poor thing still had slight issues flying. After the incident Reed named Taillow Malic, as he thinks it helps with new beginnings. Tank let himself out of his pokeball and stared up at Reed, blinking sleepily before shaking his body out and flaring his bright flames. Reed smiled down at the Quilava and then averted his lilac gaze back to Malic who was flying in lazy circles overhead.

The orange haired female was slow to wake up, groaning softly as the sun flooded her room. She was staying in a hotel as she had only recently gotten to the new region. She yawned loudly, stretching out her arms as she swung her legs over to the side of the bed. She scratched the back of her head as she got her usual white tank top, light blue jeans, and thick rimmed glasses onto her as she ran her hand through her orange hair. She looked herself over once in the mirror, nodding as she grabbed her striped tie and loosely tied it. She walked to her messenger bag and grabbed her one pokeball, smiling fondly upon the ball a bright light erupting from the ball.

A large Luxray appeared when the light faded, it's roar making the female smile. "Hey, Lux. Good morning, boy. It's time to start a new adventure." The blue and black lion-like pokemon smirked proudly to it's trainer, gently rubbing up against her legs. "Good boy, now come on. It's time to go and talk to the professor here about a new team mate." The male Luxray purred softly as she scratched behind it's ear, leading it out of the hotel. The two had matching smirks on their faces as they looked around the new area, seeing new pokemon that the young female had only heard about. "I think we'll have some fun around here, Lux. What do you think?" The lion-like electric pokemon only smirked up to the female in agreeance.

Yuuki walked along the path, keeping her head down. She fingered the Pokeball on her belt, before plucking it from it's hold. Holding it between her fabric covered palms, she threw it a slight way into the air, releasing the Taillow inside. "Hello again," she murmured to the bird softly as it circled and landed on her shoulder with a cheerful chirrup. Her mother had given her the Pokemon this morning, wanting her to have a friend from home. "Let's get going." She continued down the path, spotting other trainers. A girl was a few meters ahead of her, as well as another girl Yuuki spotted leaving a hotel. She felt anxious again and stroked Taillow absentmindedly.

[Hafu akuma]

Hirabayahi sat in route 101 with his Torchic and Ralts playing in front of him. He watched as Ralts lifted Torchic off the ground using the psychic she had learned when Hira used TM 29 on her. Torchic laughed as she was lifted a few inches. Hira smiled and walked up to Ralts rubbing her on the head.
"good work, you're learning that move well."

Ela stopped at the doors of the ;ab, she was nervous. Though over that pasy year she tried to get used to pokemon, she'd do pretty good but still nervous. The doors opened and she stepped inside. Ela let out a breath as warm as greeted her, she also knew others would be coming making her nervousness worse.

Jean's eyes narrowed as he got closer to littleroot town, his aura was one of aloofness and brightness. He hummed a little to himself, Steady Rhythm flying above him and James trotting beside his feet. He had been awake for a while now and had walked all the way here. His face was covered in a scowl as he looked around, he'd been told to go and find his teammates, yet so far he couldn't see them."James."He said slightly gruffly."I want you to go on ahead and try and find someone."He mumbled.

The small pokemon looked up to his master before trotting away. He ran through the trees before he saw someone sitting with a Torchic and a Ralts."Sylveon! Sylveon!"The shiny pokemon chirped as he jumped out into the open, his tail wagging and his ribbons going frantic like an excited mongrel waiting for food.

"huh?" Hira said as the sylveon jumped out "what's this?"
He stood up straighter and Ralts put down Torchic, both of the pokemon went to his sides. Torchic chirped happily at the sight of the new pokemon, Ralts remained silent, being a highly protective pokemon when it is with it's trainer. Hira tilted his head and scratched his chin.
"what's a Sylveon doing out here?" He said perplexed by the new arrival.

Jean continued walking with Steady Rhythm, humming softly to himself as he pulled a lollipop from his pocket and popped it into his mouth after removing the packet.

James perked up his ears and waggled his tail, poking his tongue out. The shiny pokemon smiled, he walked toward the Torchic and sniffed at it before bouncing back and chirping happily."Sylveon!" He grinned and jumped up at the trainer's leg, making sounds something akin to barking, his eyes glistening before he bounced away as if asking the trainer to follow him. "Sylveon!" He whined a little persistently.
