A Maximum Ride roleplay (Accepting!)

The best day of your life came two years ago. That was the day when six kids with wings had come to the Institute and let you out. Since then, you've fought off the countless Erasers, Flyboys, and everything else the scientists at the Institute have thrown at you. Unfortunately, there are very few of you left. Most of you died in the first year, due to instabilities in their DNA. There are still plenty of you left though, mutants of all types wandering the world.

If you can't tell, you are the remains of the group of mutants who the Flock broke out of the institute in book one. In this version, only books 1-3 happened, the later books did not. If you remember, there were only two kids with wings that the Flock saw, so try to keep the number of bird kids down. The leader is the winged girl mentioned in the actual book, she is 16, named Day, an NPC, and the oldest character.

• Elaborate on the form all you like.
• As I said earlier, keep the number of people with wings down.
• OCs only. Yes, the Flock was part of their history, but only their history.

(Excuse me, but have you read the whole first post? It says in the second paragraph that the oldest character is the Flock leader, who is only 16. Also, I'd rather your character not have Erasers be their cousins, or at least not know it, as they don't know who their parents are.)

Appearance: Short blonde hair, cut into a bob with brown eyes. Relatively pale skin, but her back is covered in spots, like large faded freckles. She has cat ears that she keeps hidden under a slouch hat that she wears in public.
What are they: 5% Cheetah, 95% human
Other: Friendly, but isn't afraid to voice her opinion. She likes to run, and her deviance gives her the ability to run faster than a normal human could. Ironically, her favourite necklace that she always wears is a choker with a small diamond that hangs from it, almost like a collar.

She has large pale greenish blue eyes with a pair of fuzzy snow leopard ears on top of her head. The girl has a tail and faded blackish spots decorating her face like a snow leopard's. Kat has hard, elongated nails that can extend into more cat-like claws as well as longer and sharper canine teeth. Kat is about 5'5, abnormally tall for her young age, and weighs only 100 pounds.
What are they: 25% snow leopard, 75% human. Like the erasers, she can shift into a more feral form of a snow leopard.
Other: Sometimes people call her kit since she's one of the youngest in the group.
