Meet the Eleventh Doctor, a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey who has the love of waving his hands around. Eleven is cheerful and rather childish man who looses track of time very easily but always tries to be there for friends, but whenever he looses someone he is easily angered or he will just go through a time of sadness. He is called a good man and a warrior by many across several universes and he tends to become awkward when it comes to romance - River Song being an exception. He is enthusiastic and loves new thingies but isn't fond of people not listening to him, and has many rules that he just seems to bring up at random times, but the popular one is Rule One; The Doctor lies. When surprised, Doctor rarely drops the surprising subject unless sonething more interesting comes up.
