Ray just nodded, "Yeah..." He sighed, shuffling into the kitchen as I fell asleep.

I slowly dozed but I didnt sleep, my eyes were staring at the ground as I thought of many things.

Ray sighed, bringing her over a glass of water.

[Dark+Angel]

I slowly took the glass from him and looked at him. "Are you alright?" I asked softly.

[Simply Emotional]

Ray smiled lightly, "Yeah, I'm fine, just got a lot of work to do...I have to keep the military happy after all, and that means I have to do as much research as possible."

[Dark+Angel]

"Hm, seems alot is going on for you, huh." I gave him a sweet smile. "Im sorry we came on such short notice and out of the blue but...things just come up out of no where." I slowly looked at Winter then back to Ray.

Ray smiled, "No problem, I'm used to it. That idiot gets into more trouble than he's worth." He said softly, and then glanced up the long stairway. "Raven, we have a guest!" He yelled, and a couple minutes later a small girl walked down the stairs, probably no older then four, and came to stand shyly behind him, holding onto his leg. "Raven, this is Yasuko." He said softly, but the little girl continued hiding behind his leg and he chuckled lightly.

My eyes widened slowly and I leaned up and stood on my knees. "Uh, hello, there." I handed my hand out to her smiling. "Its nice to meet you, Raven."

Raven hesitantly moved from his leg to place her small hand in Yasuko's, staring at the ground.

"You have a very pretty name Raven." I commented on her name with much sweetness in my voice as I could. "I hope we become friends."
