Zach swore he heard something in his mind, was he hallucinating or was it telepathy? He wasn't sure but there was a girl [lillian] and Charlie to worry about. "Now you should probably give up" he told Charlie.

Charlie frowned as he watched them closely. At Zachery's words he thought for a moment. He didn't have a very good chance of getting out of this.. plus this might give him another opportunity. Charlie sighed and pushed the bag away from him slowly before raising his hands a bit. "Fine.. you win," he replied with a slightly irritated look. He couldn't believe he was going to give up like this, but hopefully it would be worth it.

Zach smirked as Charlie pushed away the bag and raised his hands. "You know, I'm not gonna take you in or anything. I'm not in any of those fancy SHIELD teams and such" he said shrugging. "You can just go now before the guy you stole the bow from gets back" he said. Zach wanted Charlie to get away, after all he was taught that SHIELD was bad.

Lillian landed behind silently Charlie so his exits were blocked, she was still holding Clint's bow and the explosive arrow and she was not afraid to use them if the situation got out of hand but for now she just crossed her arms over her chest. She had her suspicions that the guy would try for another getaway but till he did she just waited.

Charlie looked at Zach with surprise when he said that. Was this guy being serious? Was he really going to let him just.. leave? He glanced back and frowned when he saw the girl. He didn't know who she was with, but he was sure she was with somebody. He looked back at the guy and huffed, "Yeah, you may let me go but I guarantee that she won't.. and the archer definitely won't," he replied, frowning.

Zach frowned as Lillian blocked Charlies exit. He thought for a bit and he was sure he was going to regret this. "I have a solution" Zach said. Zach began levitating the bow and arrow to a spot nobody could reach.

"Well. That just happened," Clint said flatly as he watched the situation transpire. Situations like these were the situations that irked him. Then again, it didn't take a lot to get him irked ... However, this? This was just unfair. Totally unfair. There were three superpowered people here, with two of them that he didn't even know for a fact whether they were an enemy or a friend. He supposed it didn't matter.

He stared at his bow as it began to float in midair and then land on a spot that not even he, with his flexibility, could ever reach. "You have to be kidding me," he muttered. "This isn't - just, really? Is the only way you people know how to solve problems by using your powers? he narrowed his eyes. He sighed loudly as he watched Charlie. "J - just go. I can't stop you," he pointed out, wiping his own blood off of his face. If he failed the mission, he failed the mission. Who cares? He'd get a lecturing from Nick Fury or Phil Coulson and then be sent on his merry way to complete another mission.

Charlie looked at them, smiling a bit as he listened to Clint. Well.. this was actually turning out better than he had hoped. Well, despite the fact he didn't have the bag anymore. He nodded he bit and turned, quickly taking off in a run to get away. There was no way he was going to stick around and let them change their minds. But now that he knew for a fact he had gained the attention of S.H.I.E.L.D he would have to keep his guard up. Charlie headed down a street quickly, heading toward a abandoned building he used as a home. Though he did move around the city a lot. He wasn't going to stay in one place for too long.

Zach smiled and turned to Clint. "That's how I solve my problems"' he answered with a smirk. Zach was happy he stopped Clint from getting Charlie. He watched as Charlie ran away. He started levitating the bow and arrow to Clint. "Here, I'm not a thief" Zach said. He was also curious about this guy "So you work for SHIELD?" Zach asked with his hands in his pockets.

Lillian sighed slightly in relief tht the situation had finally been defused. 'I'm glad that's over' she thought an unknowingly sent both Zach and Clint the message through telepathy. She turned away from the two guys and thought of what she should do now that she had nothing to do. She folded her wings against her back so they wouldn't become a problem.
