Ivan was grumpy. That's all that could be said to sum up his entire being. He had been woken from a rare moment of peaceful sleep just to be walked down many corridors and then sat in an extremely dry room for maybe two hours. From there, the Russian had been told to try to use his weather manipulation to try and make the room humid again, but in order to do that he'd either need to extract the water from his own body and use it to create himself a bubble of humid air around him or to try to look for something in the awfully dull room to see if it wasn't as dry as a bleached bone. Finding nothing, he ended up sitting on the overly dry, wooden chair for the extensive two hours as he tried to make up a decision whether he wanted to risk becoming mildly, if not severely, dehydrated for the sake of a test or if he wanted to just sit there and die. The dry air was so dry that his nose had started bleeding and it hurt to breathe, and eventually the scientists came to a conclusion that Ivan was not going to give them what they wanted and added just a little bit of humidity back to the room.
After another hour of testing, he was finally escorted back to his room with his nostrils plugged with cloth and was told that he'd have the afternoon to himself. Debating whether he was going to try to sleep again, the man decided not to and was going to take a risk and wander the building to see if there was anybody who wouldn't make him even more irritable than he already was.
Ivan waited until his nose had stopped bleeding, gathered himself, and then exited his room. It was a slight relief to see that there were others who were walking around as well but he was also somewhat disappointed since the Russian man was still in a bad mood and knew that soon enough he'd become so irritated that he'd have to retreat to his living space before he'd accidentally- or purposely- hurt somebody.
