Power:can make anything light up
Personality:quiet but can stand uo for what right and always be the light in the darkest of times.
Backstory:after lighting a lightbulb tha was not plugged in her parents took her on a "trip" where they dropped her off at a field and never came back. That was where Miss Dove found her.
Physical appearance: very straight shiny, golden blond hair that she washes more than once a day with light skin and pierceing green eyes.
