Forgotten but Reclaimed Dreams[An Orphanage RP]Re-Accepting!

Leah smiled, then nodded a tiny bit. "I do to..." She tried to say, but was cut off by a series of body wrenching coughs that knocked all the breath right out of her again. She brought her hand to her mouth to cover it, but it didn't help much. She continued to cough, seemingly without end, but she knew that they would, in turn, come to a stop. She just didn't know when, exactly, they would.

The sound of Leah's coughs tugged at Rally's heart strings, making him frown and gently carass her hair comfertingly. "Shh, it's okay." He repeated this over and over, trying to make her feel better. He knew CPR couldn't help coughing, but talking usually calmed people down. He kissed her forehead again and murmered,"It's alright. You'll be okay, I promise Leah."

"Yes..." the doctor said before saying "It's important she stay in the bed and not try to get up. If you were to leave, I have a feeling she would try and risk hurting herself more."

Lillian sighed, "I'll have to go sooner or later," she told the doctor with a sigh, "if you recalled I'm orphaned now and that brings with it a future in the orphanage whether I like it or not," she glanced down at Claire.

[Soulreaper]

"I know" the doctor said. "I have arranged a meeting with the orphanage leaders."

[Angel-of-music]

Instantly, Leah's coughing fit came to a complete stop that left her once again gasping for air. She had one hand,just below her throat, where it had lowered itself to after she had stopped coughing violently. Her shoulders and chest rose and fell with each shaky breath she took, and she moaned tiredly after a while. "Rally." Leah said very quietly, trying to comfort herself. She raised her hand, as if asking for help so she could sit up. Her hand trembled slightly with weakness, but nothing more than that; nearly only emotional scars were left of the almost deadly accident.

Rally placed his hand over Leah's, the other on her forehead. He shook his head and looked into her eyes, his own a mix of the most extreme happiness and horrible anger. He was furious with Daruis, and he knew now that he wasn't going ot avoid him any longer. He was going to kill him. He gently patted her hand and murmered,"Stay down, you need to rest. It's okay, you'll be alright."

Hazel screamed as she tried to get out of the bed. She wanted her brother and she had just came out of a nightmare.

"Haaaazel, just please calm yourself down. Nothing's going to hurt you or anything, it's perfectly fine," Zara soothed, rubbing her sister's back gently, the slight bitterness returning, but she tried to push it to the back of her head. As she tried to calm her down, her mind wondered to where their older brother had gone.

"It's impossible to search every inch," Lynn countered, looking back over at the nurse, "and haven't you noticed how cold it is out here? what, are you planning to freeze us to death as punishment for you jumping to conclusions?" her voice was snappy as she crossed her arms in front of her chest again.

Lillian sighed and nodded, "Alright," she acknowledged before looking down at Claire, she desperately needed to find who had killed their parents, but now she had to worry about how the girl would react to her absence.
