Miko grabbed his arm and pulled him childishly along. "Come on then! I don't want to have to feed Edward for a month!" She laughed.

"I can't even imagine what that would be like," Ilana said, "having to grow up not even knowing you have a brother. When did you first meet each other?"

Kotaro shrugged.
"I guess..." He then thought for a moment. "When we were seven. Our father just dropped him at our door step...I didn't even get to see what he looked like! No fair..." He pouted.


Aito remained silent, the conversation was making him tense and uneasy.

"Why'd your father just leave him?" Ilana aasked. She probably knew the answer, especially if Aito had the same Father she was thinking of. "Didn't he care about the son he raised for seven years?"

Kotaro narrowed his eyes.
"How am I suppose to know? I haven't even met the guy.." He muttered.

Aito seemed to have had enough as he stood and walked out of the room. Kotaro sighed.
"Great...now he's upset..." The older twin mumbled as he stretched in place. He was planning to go after him.

Ilana put a hand to her mouth, a horrified expression on her face. "Oh, no," she said, "Was it something I said? Wait here, I'll go get him." She got up and ran out the door after Aito.

Kotaro thought for a moment. Maybe it would be best for Aito to get to know other people...right. Kotaro soon shrugged, putting his hands on the back of his head.
"...Go for it. But don't be upset if he doesn't answer..." He said, planning to follow anyways.

Aito was ready to leave the shelter, but was stopped by a few children.
"You can do alchemy right!" One kid shouted while holding Aito's hand and pointing to his palm. "Make something! Make something!" The children hopped up and down around him. Aito appeared to be fazed once again, still for a moment before crouching down. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a sheet of paper. He clapped his hands together before putting them on the paper. He transmuted a spider out of paper. The children around him reached out for the paper, gasping and hopping in awe. For once Aito was smiling at other's happiness.

Ilana stopped a few feet away from Aito and the other children, watching them with a smile on her face. If her suspicions were correct, the fact that he could do alchemy was astonishing in and of itself. She decided to wait for him to finish talking to the others to talk to him.

Aito tensed a bit, feeling another pair of eyes on him. He shooed to other children away and turned to Ilana.
"..." He stayed silent as he watched the Ishvalan.
