Decima's citizens are all cryokinetics, like Elsa. They control the very season of winter itself. Anna, now the Queen of Arendelle, wonders how hew sister fares in her new kingdom. The sisters have had no contact in over twenty years. Will they see each other again? Will a war break out between the kingdoms? The new story starts now.
