Who are you? Who am I? I'm The master, YOUR Master to be politically correct. I'm 907 years old and I come from the planet Gallifrey- in the consolation castervous. I'm the man that'll be responsible for the seven billion people who will be under my command. Have a problem with that? Then meet your fate.


I was friends with the Doctor at the Gallifrey academy. Until I turned eight years old- then I heard it. As I looked into the vortex of time I saw my fate... the millions of deaths... and the sound. The sound of the war drums. My planet was destroyed in the time-war between us Time-lords and the Daleks. A race of heartless, emotionless aliens surrounded by a robot protection suit. I escaped in my type 9 war TARDIS. I thought everyone was gone. I couldn't bear that- so I turned myself human and hid with a group of people. Then HE came. The Doctor, I had forgotten everything until I opened up his watch and gotten all of my memories back. The sound of the drums filled my head once again as the sweet, sweet lust of power streamed into my body. I had went back to Earth where I became the prime minister of defiance under the name Harold Saxten. I got married and used the 'humans' I hid with has my weapon.


I turned them all into small sphere like robots with knifes. Anyone who became suspicious, I killed. Then HE came again. The Doctor came back with his companion Martha Jones, I was in power for so long then they came and took it all away. I died by a bullet when my wife shot me. I left the Doctor, last of the time-lords once again. But I came back, my followers brought me back to life and I had killed my wife and taken over again. The sweet lust and thrust for power came over me again. I was then caught by the Britain government and used for their greedy needs, the man wanted to make a portal to let her daughter life forever. I fixed their portal and then put my own spin on it. I turned all of humanity to myself and used the portal to make me INTERNAL. I brought Gallifrey back with Rosalind, the head time-lord. But they turned their back on me, they changed my plans and tried to kill me. But the Doctor saved me, and I saved him. I went back into the time-lock with the other time-lords.

• P e r s o n a l i t y • The Master and the Doctor are shown to have similar levels of intelligence, and were classmates on Gallifrey, where in the Master outperformed the Doctor. This is mentioned several times in different stories. A similar connection between the two was also referenced in The End of Time in which the Master reminisces with the Doctor about his father's estates on Gallifrey and her childhood with The Doctor before saying "look at us now". The Doctor calls the transformed and disguised Master a genius and shows
admiration for his intellect before discovering her true identity.
The Doctor further expresses admiration for the Master's intellect
in The End of Time by calling him "stone cold brilliant" and yet
states that the Master could be more if he would just give up
his desire for domination.
