"Cool it Cisco, no need to ask twenty questions right as you get in." Caitlin said with a small smile at Cisco's antics. "I have Barry running a speed maintaining exercise. He's been doing 11 mpm for a few minutes now." Reaching to turn on the intercom "Barry, How are you holding up? Ready to kick it up to 11.5 mpm?" Caitlin asked knowing they would have to stop around twelve mpm so the lab isn't destroyed when Barry breaks the sound barrier.

Cisco~ Cisco nods and shuts up. "Oh cool." Cisco said to Caitlin. (Lol)

Bobbi walked inside. The place didn't seem too familiar. "Hello?" She said.

"Hey, how's the work coming with updating the Treadmill room so it can withstand a sonic boom?" Caitlin asked Cisco knowing it would cheer him right back up.

As he ran he took in a deep breath. I should have eaten more before doing this, He thought, getting slightly light headed. When he heard Caitlin he replied, "Yeah, I'm good," he said, glancing over, "Lets kick it up a bit." When he noticed Cisco there he smiled, "Hey, Cisco," Barry added quickly.

Cisco~ Cisco looks at Caitlin. "Very well, but its taking a little while." Cisco replied to Caitlin. Cisco smiled back at Barry.

Caitlin nodded, "Well we should have a chance to test it out on the runway this afternoon." Caitlin told Cisco. "OK Barry, that's enough for now. I'll set the treadmill for cool down." Caitlin said over the intercom. After Caitlin programed the treadmill to gradually slow down instead of instantly stop Caitlin noticed a small blinking red box on one of the security screens. "Hey, Cisco Do you know who this is?" She asked bringing the feed up to a larger screen.

Bobbi wandered around. Some of the rooms she saw freaked her out a little. She didn't know why thought. They were normal lab rooms.

"I'm going to place most of the rooms under lock down for now, can you try and get Dr. Wells on the phone?" Caitlin asked Cisco as she placed the lower floors on lock down and set the elevator to only reach their floor and street level.
