"Maybe...I want to die." Tristen said, not opening his eyes. His breathing was slow and shallow, his chest barely rising.

Jason raised his eyebrows, then slowly followed the nurse into the room.

Lexi narrowed her eyes, and instantly stood up, ehr vision clouded from the tears. "Oh so what, you're just gonna leave me out here tio take care of YOUR baby by myself, huh?!" She hissed, and then, she froze, ehr eyes widening, as she cover her mouth. She wasn't planning on telling him that...

Sydney frowned,a nd glanced up when he entered. "Turn out, the baby didn't wanna stay in for no longer..." She muttered, sitting up slowly. "That was horrible..." She muttered.

Jason let out a sigh of releif and smiled, "Babies do have minds of their owns. When they want out, they want out." He chuckled, and stroked her hair. "Where is the baby?"

Tristen let out a shaky sigh, "I already know, I also know the it's my baby, and no one elses." He said, and smiled weakly. "I never left you. I've always been there." He said, his voice growing quiet. "It was hard....."

"I threw it away." SHe said sarcastically. "No, i'm kidding. They took it in the back to do some crap thwey gotta do." She said, staring at the celing.

Lexi shook her head, blinking back the tears. "No, Tristen! You can't just leave me! I can't do this on my own! For the love opf god Triosten i'm 17!" She whined. And then, she walked staright to the edge of the cliff, her eyes narrowed as she glanced down at the sharp rocks below her. "If you leave me now, I'll jump. You know I'll do it!" She threatened, getting rather desperate now.

Tristen sighed again, "Then I'll meet you and our baby in heaven, If I make it there." He said, with only slight sarcasm. He was weak and barely had the energy to open his eyes. "I'm sorry Lexi, for everything I've done......"

Jason shook his head, "Your first day with the baby, and you've already misplaced it." He chuckled.

Lexi shook her head. "You'd better be..." She whispered, the tears finally falling. "I hate you for this Tristen... Annakah was right, the only thing guys can ever do is break hearts..." She whispered/ Slowly, she walked over to him,a nd pressed her lips lightly to his, shaking her head, wishing that the tears would stop. "I really hate you right now, for leaving me..." She whispered. "You promised you never would..." She hissed, suddenly angry. "You promised me, Tristen! You said you'd always be there. I guess you lied...." She shook her head, slowly stepping back over to the edee of the cliff. She shook her head, and took one more step back, feeling herself falling, and then a terrible pain. And then, everything went black. She wasn't dead just yet, but if nobody found her she sure would be...
But somebody did. They found Tristen, too, and the paramedics arrived within about a minute, quickly taking them both to hospital. Both were apparently very near death. But lexi didn't want to live. not if Tristen wasn't gonna be there. She just didn't understand why eh had lied. he had lied to her many a time by now, but the biggest lie he'd told was one she had believed whole-heartedly, and it haunted her.

Sydney rolled over,s eh was frowning. She could feel something. Something bad... It made her feel sick. She burried her face in the pillow, not knwoing just what she could feel. But it was bad. Terrible. She hated it.
The nurse came in with the baby, but whens eh tried to say something to Sydney, she recieved a glare taht shut her up.S he gave the baby to Jason,a dn quickly ran off.

Tristen's eyes slowly opened, they were blurry and he could barely see anything. He raised his arms to rub his eyes , and he could feel tubes brush against his skin. "Where am I?" He managed to say, though his voice sounded frail. He heard murmered voices, and rubed his eyes with his free hand. The room became clearer, and he could see doctors looking at a clipboard. One looked up when he spoke. "You're in a hospital, you were nearly dead when we found you." The man said. Tristen glanced around, something was missing.... "Where's Lexi?" He asked, his eyes suddenly feeling heavy. "The girl, she's at the hospital as well, but she was in bad shape. She jumped off a cliff, while she was pregnant." Tristen closed his eyes, then fell asleep.

Jason held the baby in his arms, looking down at it's pudg face. He looked up at Sydney, who was looking deadly. "What's wrong Sydney?" He asked.

One of the nurses quickly ran tot he room where Lexi was. She was still bleeding badly, and had some broken bones. There were lots of wires, and tubes, and a breathing mask, and all the doctors had her as their main concern right now. Her breathing kept stopping, and they didn't even know if she'd make it or not. If she did, she's be in terrible shape for a while. These scars would never fade... But of course,t he baby was as good as dead. But th doctors didn't care about that right now. SHe seemed alright, for now... They'd heard taht the male who ahd been brougth in at the same time was doing alright, which was good. Butr Lexi wasn't waking up. One fot eh nurses came through into Tristen's room and looked at the doctor. "That girl in the other room, there's a problem. We can't get ehr to wake up. She'll be fine if she does, but if she doesn't..." She trailed off, shaking her head.

Sydney frowned, and sat up, shaking her head. "...Something's wrong... Really wrong... I just don't know what it is..." She sighed in frustration, holding her head in her hands. Right now, she hadnt' even really noticed the baby. She didn't even hear him as he begun to cry.

Jason glaced down at the baby, then at Sydney. "What?What the heck do you mean, the baby is just fine." He said, looked at Daven up and down.

Tristen stirred slightly, "What Lexi?" He muttered, opening his eyes to look at the nurse. "Where is she? Is she okay?" He asked, and tried to sit up, but he was too weak.

"Not with the baby you idiot." SHe frowned, glaring down at the ground. "I KNOW he's fine. It's something else, but I don't know what..." She muttered, frowning as she ran a ahdn through her hair, takign a deeo breath.

The nurse frowned. "She should be fine... IF she wakes up that is..." She sighed. "She's bleeding pretty badly and had some broken bones. She's lucky it was just that... If she wakes up, she'll be alright..." She sighed, shaking her head. "But the baby is dead...." She then tried to change the subject. "Anyways, you shouldn't be trying to move around. You need to get some rest."
