Jacky froze, hearing someone coming. She attempted to scale the tree trunk, but Nerve had been slashed and she was in too much pain for any climbing. Nerve darted into the tree though, to avoid being seen.
Jeremy looked over at Calurusi, glad for the interference. He checked his pocket and panicked when he found the ball was no longer there. He thought that Vincent might have taken it. He looked over at Fye, then shook his head. "Pushing hurts people..."
