Maluna

I looked at the source of distraction quickly before slipping out of the tree, running. I ran back in the direction of the lake, hoping to throw them off. I saw someone in the lake, running past a pile of items that must have been their belongings. "How can you not catch her? Get the avatar!" I heard them yell, and I groaned quietly. I was hoping I wouldn't need to do this, but I i stopped, letting my belongings slip off of my back and to the ground with a thud. I whirled around, quickly sending a large flame at the men, who ran away. "Wimps." I mumbled, bending over to retrieve my items from the ground. I walked over to the edge of the water. "Have you the slightest idea of who they are claiming the Avatar is?" I yelled, trying to make sure that the guy heard me.

Kaito Makamoto - Firebender

Kaito collapsed to the ground, lying on his back, relieved that the girl had seemed to get away, and now then were gone as well. He then groaned when he realized the he hadn't returned the book, but shoved it off deciding that it wasn't too important. It was just a book. If he ever happened to run into her again then he'd give it back, but if not then oh well. Closing his eyes, he decided that he'd just maybe lay there and relax for a bit.

Daichi Makamoto - Waterbender

Hearing amass of ruckus behind him, Daichi turned and watched as a girl ran from some men, finally turning and leasing a wall of fire upon them and chasing them off. He snorted. If those men were really frightened off by a little girl who knew how to bend, then they so visually weren't benders themselves. Nor were they very brave. Realizing the girl was now looking at him, he turned his attention back to her in time to hear her ask him about the avatar. He had heard those men shouting something about getting the avatar now that he thought about it. "No idea," he replied in his calm, clear and deep voice. "But considering that those men seemed to assume it was you, I'll take that as one possibility, albeit a small one."

Aria looked at Daichi and Maluna on her way back home. She couldn't help laughing when Maluna had called the men chasing her wimps. "Serves them right for chasing a girl." She muttered. Was Maluna really the Avatar? If the men were saying she was they really had no reason to lie. Right?

Maluna;

I rolled my eyes, only slightly believing that I could possibly be the avatar. I had only given the thought a moment before my mind switched gears and my thoughts were on something else. "Doubt it." I said, turning towards the trees. "Did you see someone else come out of the woods that wasn't trying to get me? A guy?" I asked, turning back around to the guy. I hadn't seen the guy yet, and I needed to thank him for helping me get out.

Daichi Makamoto

He shrugged, turning his entire body now to look at her. "No, I didnt. Why, missing your boyfriend?" he asked with a raised brow. He didn't particularly care for people, and so unless they stood out for some reason - as she had with the men chasing her and fire spouting everywhere - he basically ignored them. Swirling his finger through the air, he then watched as a bit of water moved after it, streaming through the air.

Kaito Makamoto - Firebender

Sighing, Kaito sat up again. He really should get moving. Standing and adjusting his bag over his shoulder, he stepped back into the path and set off again down the road. The lake was sparkling in the sun and he stared at it as he walked, smiling gently at the beautiful scene.

Maluna;

"Ha ha, very funny. But no, he helped distract the men so I could get out of there." I shouted, noticing the guy walk out of the woods. "Thanks for your help!" I shouted, waving and jogging towards the guy from before. "Thank you." I said gratefully. "For helping me out." I added on, clarifying why I was thankful. I looked back at the guy in the lake, wanting to talk to him and at least get his name. "Im Maluna, by the way, but most people call me Luna." I introduced myself with a small smile.

Kaito Makamoto - Firebender

Hearing someone call him, Kaito looked up to see the girl from before. Smiling, he replied, "Oh, no problem!" Then seeing her turn to someone else, he craned his neck a bit to look around her, freezing when he saw the next person she addressed. Oh no.

Daichi Makamoto - Waterbender

Daichi's eyes narrowed as he saw this supposed distractor come out of the trees. The girl yanked him, receiving a typically friendly reply, then turned back to him, introducing herself. Nodding, he kept his eyes on Kaito, replying steadily, 'I'm Daichi. Nice to meet you. And that coward standing behind you is Kaito."

Maluna;

My eyebrows flew up in surprise. "What?" I said dumbfounded. "Do you guys know each othe? Well, obviously otherwise you wouldn't know his name. But, sorry, but what?" I said, still confused. My eyebrows drew together in confusion.
