Ruby does what she is told and follows Caitlin into the elevator, her gaze flickering around, there were few signals coming through this place, she had to behave. She wanted to help and she couldn't do that if people thought she was crazy because of one part of her ability.

He nodded slightly as he listened to him, "Okay, that makes sense," he muttered with a small sigh. He looked over when one of the computers suddenly sent out a alarm. He walked over to it and turned it on. The news of a sudden building on fire came through. Barry frowned and looked at Dr. Wells. "There's a building on fire.. I-I'll be right back," he said. He knew this wasn't the best time to be taking off like this but he still had a job to do. Barry took off, thankfully still in his suit. He made his way out of STAR labs and ran down the street quickly. He streamed by buildings as he quickly approached the building being engulfed in flames. He stopped outside the building for a moment, he could hear fire trucks coming but by the time they got here people inside could be hurt. He took in a deep breath before sprinting inside. Within a span of ten minutes he worked on grabbing one or two people at a time, running them outside then going back in. He coughed as he came to a stop. He was on the top floor of the unstable building. Flames and smoke surrounded him as he searched for the last people in the building. He heard people yelling but no matter how many times he swept through the top floor he couldn't find them. Maybe they were on the floor below him? Barry stepped back slightly as part of the flaming roof fell to the right of him. He glanced around, trying to find the easiest way down to the floor below him. He quickly started to sprint down to the floor below him, but with the smoke filling his lungs and the building beginning to fall apart around him, he was being slowed down.

History: Nothing very special he lived a quiet normal life but on his 18th birthday, also the night if the particle accelerator explosion, he got into a fight with his family and left the house. He stood outside of STAR labs just to be there to watch everything. He had his headphones in and his music loud. When the particle accelerator explosion happened his headphones sent out a high pitched noise into his ears and bursted. It was a little harder to hear for him after that but nothing seemed to be wrong at the moment. But after a couple days he learned that the high pitched noise that had went through him along with his headphones bursting gave him his powers. He's been having a hard time containing his powers ever since they started going off. He moved out of his parents house a couple weeks after and rented out a basement from someone, but he couldn't get a job so instead he has been robbing people and small stores with his powers so he's been made out as a bad guy.
Power: He has the ability to generate high pitched noises, even high enough to cause permanent ear damage or even 'shatter' your eardrum. The noises can be very painful if high enough or they can be low enough to just bother you a little. He's also able to mess with electrical things. He can send out the high pitched sounds from speakers or he can short out a fuse box just by walking by it.

He stopped when he when he heard Caitlin over the comm. He sighed slightly and answered, "I'm trying. I cant find the last couple of people and this building is starting to come apart," he replied quickly, a continuous cough running through him. He couldn't just leave those people in the building to save himself, he was determined on finding them. But where were they? Barry frowned as more of the roof started to cave in.

She was in her car, watching the building going up in flames. She had spotted The Flash running in and out of the building, putting people down when he came out. "Not going to let you get away this time," Alice muttered. She quickly started to hack the cameras in the city, so when The Flash left she could track him through the cameras.

He was running low on money this month, he need food, drinks and still needed to pay his rent. So, he did what he usually did. He stood in a small market and waited until costumers were gone before he walked to the guy behind the counter. Without a warning he let out a high pitched noise, high enough for it to be painful to others ears. The guy behind the counter yelled and covered his ears. Stevie, wearing his hoodie to cover his face, quickly reached over and opened up the cash register. When opened he quickly grabbed the money and fled the scene, only stopping the high pitched noise when he was out of the market.

"Got it," he said quickly and sprinted forward, getting down to the third floor as quickly as possible. When he got to the room he wasted no time grabbing the people and running down and out of the building. He stumbled slightly when he put the people down and sprinted toward STAR labs. Even though he was out of the fire it was still a little hard to breath, it still felt like smoke was in his lung. When he arrived at STAR labs he went up to the main floor. Once he was there he came to a stop, coughing. Barry leaned against a wall, "That was a lot of smoke."
