My eyes fluttered open slowly, I took one gasp of air and rolled onto my back, breathing heavily. My eyes wheeled as I desperately tried to see who was there, "M-Mikasa?" I called softly, my eyes unable to make sense of my surroundings.

My eyes adjusted as I took in her face as if it was the first time I had ever seen it. I gave a small smile, "It's fine..." I murmured softly as I cupped one hand on her cheek. I still felt quite dizzy and it was evident when I wobbled a few times.

I cried out as my hand shot from her face and clutched my bandaging. Curse that girl! I gasped air through my teeth and yanked off the bandages to see my wounds were costed in a green goop, the ointment had been clear when she applied it.
