The two trainers battled fiercely and I was glancing around. I petted the leafeon and then hopped onto garchomp. "Take me up"
I said

I flew, the wind familiarly brushed my fin. We both looked at the battle raging below. Master spread her arms wide and showed off her wing suit. She jumped.

Sam
I flew all around the battle field, watching the two trainers rage. I took notes on strategies both teams were using. Then I saw it. The tree, that I would crash into. Quickly, I grabbed a branch and swung myself up. My two samuri swords glowed on their sheaths, and my key stone from my glove. From this new vantage point, i scanned the battlefield.
"GO RONIN AND HUNTER YOU NEED TO WIN THIS BATTLE FOR YOUR FAMILY"

As the bolt came towards Ronin I put my hands (with the transparent paws) together in an aura sphere, Ronin copied. I raised the sphere and the bolt landed straight into the aura, causing it to crackle with electricity. I smiled and flung the electric sphere at Guardevoir, it hit her and exploded with electric energy.

Princess Diana~ I returned her quickly. Sylveon needed to play. Out of the corner of my eye a fairy type(Dedenne),it attacked both of them with a strong electric attack, knocking both of them out.

Hmm (maybe we should not bother with the accuracies and do it like in the anime, where if you have the skill, you can try to dodge. However there should be no dodge spams and such.) Also, no like totally bizarre powers. the ones we have now are fine though.

Alexander watched the encounter for a while as he rested his tired body on the hot ground, enjoying the heat against his skin and muscles. "I'm in no mood to participate in any of that...yeah, 3 hour training tomorrow instead of the usual 5."

Pain seared my entire body. I had looked, distracted, to see Sam in a tree. By then it was to late and Ronin was down for the count. I collapsed to my knees, the connection with Ronin was gone. The transparent images disappeared and my eyes returned to normal. My now normal blue/green eyes rolled into my skull and I fell backwards. Consumed in a whirl of blackness. I managed to shoot one last death glare at Diana before I blacked out.

Ronin
I should have noticed the Dedenne but the connection distracted me. I roared in pain and collapsed to the ground, no amount of energy left. I was swallowed by blackness with my partner.
