Rilo cringed when Darren disappeared in a flash of light. He quickly made his way over to Lina's side. "I don't know, but I'm glad you're alright," he said softly and stood at Rui's side.

Taro sighed a little and looked over to Briar. "I wouldn't let him take your's, Briar," he muttered and looked down to his folded arms. "I need a moment to think what to do about Darren over." With saying that, he stood and walked away from the two.

"What about the clones?" Briar said, leaping from the branch above Rui and Lina, to one closer to Taro. "I could try and put some free energy into them, to control them more like humans.." Her eyes faded to a creepy black colour. The lights returned, blue glimmered all around her, with faint traces of green and yellow danced in between. She closed her eyes. "There is just enough free energy that I can control.. 2-3 bodies.. maybe 4 if they're small." When she opened them again, her eyes returned to the regular harsh yellow colour they were normally.

Taro looked over to Briar with a bright smile. "See? What could I do without you, Briar," he chuckled and thought back to her suggestion. "I can see the clones working. We'll just have to hope Darren thinks that they're the real person for it to work." He pondered the thought for a moment. "If I can get their eyes not to look so...distant, then they might be believable. We'll stick with two or three for you to control. But, of coarse, we'll need to wait for Darren to show." He smiled a little and turned around to head back to Sae.

Rui shuddered when Briar said, "Small"...she glanced neviously at Lina. She sighed and looked at Rilo," Ummm..you guys can posse people or what ever...Im going to I going to finish the meal. We dont want to starve right? "

Rilo looked over to Rui and nodded. "Alright. We'll catch up with you soon," he said softly and soon held Lina's hand. "I'm sorry I didn't come sooner." He sighed a little. "Being late to come and help you just proves how much of a coward I really am."

Lina smiled and kissed him, "You are not a coward... oh and never let Taro get to you. Love ya." She whispered. Turning around she glared at Taro, gathering all her energy, building it up like a tidial wave then sending it at him, like a slap across the face. Still glareing she picked Rui up in her arms and opened her wings then flew back to camp.

"Love you too," he said softly and kissed her gently back. Rilo nodded a little and smiled when Lina sent a wave of energy towards Taro. "Serves him right," he mumbled and ran off after Lina and Rui.

Taro was looking over to Sae and didn't see the wave coming. He was soon hit by it, leaving a rather large red mark on his cheek. "What'd I do to you?" he hissed at Lina and rubbed his cheek.

"What a prat." Briar said, jumping down from the tree. It felt strange, almost alien to be on the ground, after spending the last few days in the trees. "And the little one, ha, she thinks I'd try and steal her body and use it as a clone." She loosened up her legs a little. "Her body couldn't support an extra ounce of energy"
