Tavish shrugged. He wasn't going to bother with telling that he had told him so. Too easy. He shrugged again at Taro's statement. "I've got all the time in the world really," he said blandly as the arrow was released. With a shuddered gasp he grabbed his arm. He hadn't moved fast enough and he had lost the arrow somewhere in the trees behind him. Plus, the fire had only made it worse.

"Aw, working with the bad side are you, Rui? There's a term for that, called betrayal," Taro snickered and staggered to her side with a grin. "Go ahead. I'll even leave you to kill him for me," he lied, but needed an excuse to get away from Tavish and tend to his wounds. The blow to his chest could be deadly if he just let it be. Taro draped an arm over her shoulder as if he really thought she had changed and jabbed an arrow, right in her stomach. "Have fun you two," he snickered and had his image fade in the shadows, and ran. His image reappeared occasionally, since his energy was draining.

Rui gasped and cluched her stomach, blood poured out from her wound."I hate you,Taro." Rui muttered. "im so sorry Travish, it was an accedent, really, you know my fan malfuctions around dark pristes...." she sighed and nelt on her knees,"Im truly sorry but here is cloth and some ointment, put is on the cut." She gasped, the pain wasa horrible,"Im such an idiot, I should have thought before I did that..."

Tavish cursed under his breath as he watched Taro disappear. There was no point in even trying to go after him, he didn't think he could even try to run. He slowly made his way to Rui and sat down next to her. "You're in worse condition than I am. I don't have an arrow in my stomach," he said as he pressed the ointment back into her hands.

"Zosime, Kyara, Briar, Angel, keep up the fighting," Taro called as he passed the four. "I'll catch up with you four again, later," he added and ran in the direction of a water source. He soon knelt at a stream's edge and pulled out the arrow, cringing in pain. "That Tavish...He's going to pay for that," he grumbled and took off his shirt to cleanse the two arrow wounds. Even though they were cleaned up, the blow to the chest was still painful. He pressed his shirt against the wound in an attempt to stop the bleeding.

Briar yelled, lunging towards Jay , clutching the metal rail in her long fingers. She grinned wildly at Jay, her eyes flashing like police sirens. She swung the rail at Jay's neck, sending the Earth Priestess to the ground. She tossed the railing away and dug her heel into Jay's throat. "Miss me?"

"Ha, of course I didn't." Jay coughed, sending the metal rod towards Briar, who smoothly slide out. She raised her hand, quickly shutting her hand, sending the rod spinning around the air and into the back of Briar's head.

"Bloody Bugger" Briar swore, falling face foreward into the cobblestone path. Jay wiped the dust off her hands, and sent the metal rod into her hands, and shaped it carefully into a lock and cuffs. "That can't hold me. Don't you know I can just charge that up and explode it off into my hands." Jay turned to face her.

"Then go, and tell Taro and your little friends not to dare come back here, or I'll kill you personallly." Jay snarled, leaping into the tree, and jumping down a cliff.

"Stupid girl." Briar muttered, running towards Taro and jumping up towards him.

Rui nodded, but even that hurt,"Thanks..." she whispered.

Taro heard Briar's footsteps and already had his bow ready to fire. He sighed and lowered it when it was just Briar. "Guess that little Earth Priestess defeated you?" he asked and pressed the wound in his side.

Kyara nodded as Taro passed. She'd rather go and see what the damage was but she wasn't about to leave the Wind Priestess.

"Just get it cleaned up before it gets worse," Tavish said as he inspected his own wounds. The ones in each arm were the worse. He sighed slightly. "You have to work on controlling that fire fan of yours."

Rui graspd the arow and pulled it out. She gaspe in pain but said nothing as she pressed her hand over her wound.
