Jasper was nearly bowled over by somone he had gone back to his first demon form for now. "Rui was that you?" Jasper yelled following the sound of her foot steps. Then he turned and raced towards the fight and Taro to prove that Angel had been killed. He stepped out from the side and there was not a wound on his body as he looked at Taro.

"You, Jasper," Taro growled and glared softly at him. "Where's Angel?" he asked, not taking his eyes off the boy. "Well, at least where she headed off to?"

Rilo recoiled a little when Rui nearly crashed into him. "She's back there," he said softly, pointing back behind him. He looked solumnly in that direction, focusing on Lina, whose seemed much small because of the distance.

"Oh I I just ruined 4 of her vital points and watched as she fell dead at my feet" Jasper said with a smirk. "She was weak never even landed a blow on me" Jasper snickered.

"What?!" Taro hissed, letting some dark energy float about him. "Angel," he said softly and glanced up at the sky that was hinting that dawn was arriving. "You're going to pay with your life, Jasper," he growled, shooting him a glare. "And, if I can't get it, I'll die trying."

"I don't intend to let you kill me but it is not like you can kill me" Jasper said the sand swirrling around him.

"I don't care," Taro growled as the energy swirled around him. His worst wounds seemed to be healing a little faster than normal now. "I told you, I'll die trying to avenge her death, Jasper. No one kills my comrades and gets away with it."

"I could tell from the energy flow she sent you a meage follow it and you might get a preest or something untill you find that I refuse to kill you" Jasper said walking away any hit Taro tried to land was block by sand.

Taro growled a little and turned away. It'd be a quick battle if he were to fight now, especially in his condition. 'What you find here, follow the arrows, don't tell anyone. Tell them I was killed for the last time, got it?' The thought seemed to echo in his head. He sighed a little and did as Angel had told him, glancing behind him occasionally to see if anyone was following him.

THe giant trunk was obvious and for now inpernitrable, a steady heart beat could be hear from within. If one listened carefully they could hear tears dirpping down and hitting the ground as if someone was crying in the tree trunk. It was Angel crying because Taro seemed to be suffering because of her death.

Taro froze and listened carefully. He could hear something like a heart beat, but he couldn't figure out whose it was. He hovered around the tree that Angel was inside and placed his ear up to it, listening to the steady beating.
