Her father wanted to see what he would do if he lost his new friend but he would need to come up with a plan he soon left for now but he would be back.

"Thank you Gabriel for saving me see you are a good person" she smiled at him falling asleep warn out from everything but her hand was gripping his sleeve it was clear she really did love him. She cared about him a lot she wanted ti help make him happy. Later she would wake up wondering if there was any kind of way she could help him. (Like calming him if he got ti angry or lost control bonding type of thing)

"No problem," I smiled lightly and lifted her up with telekinesis. I took her to the back room, or rather break room where there was a couch. It would do, better than sleeping in the middle of the floor. More comfortable I would imagine. That and she probably still didn't have a place to stay. I would be nearer to her for now in case her father returned. He'd try to kill her again.

Soon she woke up finding herself on a couch it was the first rime she had been on one she used to sleep of the floor at home. She looked around wondering if Gabriel was asleep or not. Sh e wondered if he just helped her to be nice ir if he had feelings fir her

"Well someone's up," I looked up from another watch I was working on. It was one I've been doing for years. Trying to interlock certain pieces.
She looked bewildered but that was just my opinion. She could look like that because she just woke up or maybe some other reason. Half the time I don't get anything right.

"Why did you save me I know your a good person but im not, I mean you don't even know me so why save me. Do you" she didn't know how to finish that sentience then she just shiok her head "never mind" then she went over to the chair next to him "this a hard one to fix?" She asked just picking up from his head the word years before she had stopped herself from listening.

"No, it's not broken. Just a little project," I put it down after finishing it. Two years of work was done.
"I saved you because no one should hurt like that, or be killed senselessly. It's kinda a trust thing," I shrugged and pushed my glasses back on my nose. They always managed to slip.

"Here" she smiled taking his glasses off doing something with them then put them back on him "there that should keep them from slipping so much" she smiled she used to were glasses before her dad broke them. "So is this what you do most of your days now" she asked wondering if he wanted to go do anything or go out to eat.

"Thanks," I fiddled with them a little until they were comfortable.
"Yeah, pretty much. On occasion I go with Peter and help out."
This was true. I went out like it was a field trip in elementary school and helped the paramedic out. Emergency surgery and working the defibulator every once in a while. It was kind of fun.

"Well I think you deserve a bit of a break let's go to the park or something" she smiled "oh but I do have ti warn you sometimes people laugh at me or throw things at me cause their scared. But I think you deserve a break come on come with me" she smiled getting up.

"Um, alright," I pulled down my sweater to somewhat straighten it out. It drives me crazy sometimes.
"Don't worry about that, you don't know what they throw at the serial killer."
Last time it was bricks at the grocery store. Luckily Peter was the paramedic at the scene and helped me out but I was a few millimeters off from having serious brain trauma. They don't take kindly to specials in the first place.
