A light shade of agate dusted across Canina's cheeks. She shrugged and glanced at a nearby clock. "Oh, perh&ps & few hours" she replied thoughtfully.

Equius nodded. "D --> Alright then" he huffed, sitting up. "D --> I finally need to get up" he sniffled. "D --> I have been lying on this couch far too long"

Canina folded her hands in front of her and watched slightly worriedly. She knew Equius was strong and stable (get it?) but she would always worry about his well being anyway.
Ready to help if he got tipsy, she stood off to the side.

Equius stood still for a minute, then started walking. He wobbled a bit, then caught his balance. He stood still again, looking over at Canina. "D --> I'm fine" he assured her, noticing the worried look on her face.

Canina let out a breath she didn't know she had been holding as he reassured her. She smiled slightly and nodded. "Well, it's good to know you c&n move &round pretty well &g&in" she said softly, tilting her head slightly and looking him up and down as if looking for injuries. "You'll be better before you know it!" Canina chirped brightly, grinning.

Equius smiled. "D --> My thoughts exactly. And when we're better, we can go out" he said, patting Canina's shoulder gently. He was happy to have her here with him. It made him feel better. "D --> How are you feeling? Not sick I hope"

His strong hand made her shoulder droop slightly. She shook her head reassuringly. "No, I don't feel sick &t &ll, In f&ct, I'm feeling quite cheerful &t the moment!" She smiled brightly up at him. Before he could stop her, she stood on her tiptoes and gave him a small peck, then returned to her regular posture.

Equius blushed, becoming flustered like he so often did around Canina. He wiped his sweat away using the blanket he kept wrapped around his shoulders like a cape. "D --> Th-that's good to hear"

Canina smiled warmly and chuckled. "I'm gonn& h&ve to w&sh th&t bl&nket l&ter" she laughed and grinned humorously, eyes sparkling.

Equius smiled nervously, wrapping the blanket tighter around her shoulders. "D --> I'm sorry about making your blanket dirty" he apologized. "D --> I'll wash it myself"
