He couldn't talk fluently, hardly at all really. He thought and sounded it out. It took a minute, but he managed to say in bad English, "St... Ow¥."

Aegeel smiled "0kay s70ry i7 i2" she said and picked him up and set him on the beast pelts while she went through the books she had.

Clekiz purred as he listened to her read the stories, and enjoyed glancing at the pictures when he got the chance.

When Aegeel got done reading the book she looked out the window and saw the sun setting, "W311 i7 100ks 1ik3 i72 b3d 7im3" She said.

Clekiz didn't complain. He curled up on the pelt where he slept, no matter how much he wanted to complain about it. He looked up at Aegeel with big, pleading eyes. He didn't want to sleep alone tonight.

Aegeel smiled and kissed his forehead "3v3ry7hing n33d2 2133p 20 7h3y can b3 27r0ng wh3n 7h3y wak3" she said then laid down next to Clekiz.

Clekiz mewed when she said that, to acknowledge her statement and stick an agreeing tone in. He then settled down more, relaxing and closing his eyes, comforted by her presence.

Aegeel yawned and closed her eyes to sleep as well.

"You can sit w) (erever you'd PIK-E." Feferi suggested as she motioned to some chairs. Lossos looked to them with an intrigued look in is eyes before sitting down in one. He was oblivious to awkward tension due to the lack of social interaction, so he remained silent as he studied Feferi's facial features, expecting her to say something else. Come to think of it, Lossos kind of liked her voice. It was friendly and had a warm, welcome feel to it; and the fact that she used so many fish puns amused him. But, alas. Her voice was no slower than the last troll's. He secretly wished amongst the silence that Feferi would make another fish pun... or at least say something that'd fill the gap with her voice. It had only been a couple seconds of her just smiling at him, but it felt like a century.
