Those who blamed selfishness formed abnegation
Members of abnegation always put others before themselves. They will often try to help the factionless and do anything to help others before they think of themselves. They wear plain grey clothes and do not show affection or touch each other (Like no hugging, kissing in public etc.) often. This is also the faction that most divergents are born for some unknown reason. They don't get along with Erudite. Most members of the council are members of abnegation. Jobs include council members,
Erudite; the intelligent
Those who blamed ignorance formed erudite
Members of Erudite are clever and are curious to know more about everything basically. They have steered away from their original belief to get rid of ignorance and darkness from peoples minds and now most members crave power (You can be different though :3). Members of Erudite must wear at least one piece of blue clothing a day, most members wear glasses as well though its not required they just think it makes them look smarter. Every now and again an Erudite becomes a member of the council if their IQ level is high enough. They don't get along with abnegation. Jobs include council members, librarians, doctors, teachers and scientists.
Candor; the honest
Those who blamed deception formed candor
Members of Candor are honest and love to debate. They say the truth is black and white, so that is what they wear. They make good leaders in law.
Dauntless; the brave
Those who blamed cowardice formed dauntless
Members of dauntless are brave and are taught how to fight and use weapons like guns and knives. They wear black but they also get tattoos, piercings and colour their hair weird colours. Their initiation process is arguably the hardest. Only 10 initiates make it through and there are only a few good jobs available. Anyone not in the top 10 is cut and become factionless. Jobs include training initiates, leaders, fence guards, tattoo artists and city security.
Amity; the peaceful
Those who blamed aggression formed Amity
Members of Amity are peaceful and love the enviroment. They wear red and orange clothes. They do not participate in war. They are usually farmers. They value peace the most.
