THE TIME GAMES (Not accepting!)

Sasha leaned against the rock, trying not to breathe too hard, not to show any signs that might alert the Dalek of her presence. She'd heard about Daleks, but never fought one herself. She clutched her gun tightly. Suddenly, she heard a thump as Jack's body fell to the ground. She was shocked and enraged for a moment before she remembered something Jack and Tristin had both mentioned, Jack could come back to life. She didn't know for sure if it was true, but she very much hoped it was. She silently set her gun to its most powerful setting.

[Duskshine]

Jack gasped, life returning to his body. He glanced around- Sasha did not look in any way relaxed. He listened for the dalek's engines, which seemed faint now. He propped himself up on a rock, rubbing the back of his head. Falls were not fun, nor were dalek guns.

I changed direction, wandering away from where the other creature had died. It had been alone.

Sasha let out a huge sigh of relief as she saw Jack come alive again. So it had been true. Once she was sure the Dalek was gone and would not sense her, she climbed up the rock more to where Jack was. "How'd you do that?" she asked.

(I've got to go for tonight! Sorry! >.< I'll be back maybe for a little bit tomorrow morning and then i'll be properly back later in the afternoon.)

Jack groaned. "Long story." He mumbled, standing up. "Also really complicated." He climbed back up, scanning the horizon. "It takes longer when I'm not intact." His voice sounded slightly deadened. "That's the nice part of being killed by a dalek."

[higurashi]

Eleven sighed. I thought this might happen. "Don't believe me then, though it's not going to help us in this situation. We're trapped on this planet, and no time travel devices work."

Tristin had froze with fear and shock when the Dalek appeared. His father had been killed by a Dalek in front of him when they had invaded his home planet, Unuhar, a long time ago. He breathed a sigh of relief when it disappeared, and when Jack came back to life, but inwardly cursed himself for not doing anything about it.

Ten sighed as the other man simply didn't try to explain. It was totally something that he would do. He looked at Rose and Rose looked at him. Rose gave a shrug. Ten turned to Eleven. "Right. Whatever. How are we going to go about this?" He asked the other Doctor.

[higurashi]

"Right now, I'm with a small group who also have no idea why we're here. Remember Captain Jack? He's here, with some girl and a bounty hunter."

[Duskshine]

Jack slid down from the rock. "It's useless. I can't see anything but more rocks, and that Dalek is still patrolling." he said. "While we're waiting for the Doctor we may as well try to figure out more about what's going on. There must be a reason all of us are here, and who they're choosing to put here might not be arbitrary." He reasoned, thinking. "Is there anything that connects us? I mean, you two didn't know the Doctor beforehand, so that rules that out. Can you think of anything that might connect us?"

[higurashi]

Trust in thought for a moment. "W-well, I've seen Daleks before, and was nearly killed by one..." He winced at the tremor in his voice. Daleks were Tristin's worst fear and he was absolutely terrified of them.

Jack put a hand on Tristin's shoulder. "It's gone." He reminded him gently. "I completely understand." he glanced at Sasha. "Ever seen a Dalek before? Though I have to say somehow I don't think that's it." ((I would write more but wb...))
