"Feeling okay?" Rolan asked Riya when she returned. He crawled over to her side, folding his wings gently around her.

Darcy faded in and out of sleep, awoken by the lingering pain all over her body. She felt sick and broken, unable to fully give into unconsciousness.

"Oh, I'm sorry," Rolan murmured as he ran his hand gently through her hair. He sighed a little and also wrapped his arms around her. "Believe me, I'd take all of those nightmares away if I could, Riya." He managed to give her a weak smile.

Nil stood up dizzily. She looked around for a moment before going to stand with the others. "Puppet?" She asked, not making much sense.
