He had no idea why, but it seemed like he needed it at that moment. "We blame the person who shot him. I just need some sleep; I'll be back soon." He stood, walking to the initiate's bedroom. "Hi," he said softly to Mara, tears unintentionally falling onto his cheeks as he tried to sleep.

"We will be," Griffin said softly.

Keith waited for a while as the doctor wrapped up her wounds, he wished that it could be over faster so he could actually spend time with Skye. With a war raging on death was inescapable, even he knew that.

Mara laid on her bed fast asleep, the pill bottle safely tucked into her pocket right next to her emergency shot.
