Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Johnny move to leave. If not for her pride, she would have called out for help. She wasn't sure exactly what happened, but she thought that Jinx character stole a part of her soul. Somehow dragging herself to her knees, she melted into the shadows and shadow traveled back to her apartment. Once there, she collapsed on the couch and completely blacked out.

As he ran away, a plan and experiment was forming in his head. Could someone last without a part of their soul? He was rather curious. Turning to Jinx with that all knowing maniacal smirk of his. "My dear, could you follow that lovely little hero. I'm conducting an experiment, and I need you to keep an eye on her for the next few... Oh, let's say a week or two. I want to see how she deals with not having part of her soul." he told her, giving his counterpart the directions to Aori's apartment.

"No we need one of the normal citizens, or someone who will cause widespread panic in the middle of the crowd, they need to faint, and when they hear about the cure come crawling to us." Crane said

"Maybe Bruce Wayne or jim Gordon? " he suggested.

"Sure I can but how do I keep things fun by not getting board or worried about you tearing apart the room again. " Jinx smirked but would of course do what ever he asked her too. But she did feel like she would get board.

"Yes, one of them would be perfect, but we need a common person as well, and more importantly someone whose location is known." Crane said.

"Raven can find Gordon easily" he said but noticed crane was getting tense again was it already happening again. "Master? " he asked softly

"When I said those three things, I meant three different people." Crane said sharply.

"Master what's wrong" he said he hadn't been talking so sharply before. "Is it voices this time or is the pain coming back?" H asked softly

"Voices." Crane replied annoyed. He tried to concentrate on the task at hand as best he could.

"Master try sitting down and relaxing try to focus on my voice trying to imagine just me and you on an island where only yours and my voice are herd" he said softly in a calming tone
