Amanda nodded as she listened to him. Maybe he was a child of the god she was unable to name. Hopefully she'd figure it out soon and keep from looking like a total idiot. She was curious about this boy. Well, she was curious about new people in general. "Godly parent? Oh, Zeus." She said. Sometimes she couldn't help but feel like she was bragging whenever she said that. It sounded like she was saying 'oh, look at me, child of one of the most powerful gods there are.' Usually she didn't try to sound better than everyone else, and she really didn't intend for it to sound that way if it did. She bit her lip for a moment nervously. She wasn't always a big fan of being the child of one of the big three. More attacks, sometimes even more responsibility. It just didn't fit her style.

Dylan nodded "Second big three I have seen today, my Dreams tonight will be plentiful, But my father is cooler" he smirked sleepily, he wanted to take his mask off and go to bed, which is what he felt every time he looked in the mirror. "My father is Morpheus, the god of dreams, I seemingly take after him to much, I am tempted to go to the hypnos cabin and take a snooze, maybe we can have a dream party" he said wistfully, "hmm on second thought I think that would be a bad idea, if I went ot sleep there i could be out for a few days" he said sleepily

As Amanda listened to Dylan speak, she couldn't help but wonder if he always felt tired. Electricity danced on her fingertips for a moment. That only usually happened when she was angry, or when she was confused or deep in thought. Right now it was the second option. It fascinated her how the children of each god acted. The Poseidon kids usually seemed more like laid back, go with the flow kind of people, while the Aphrodite children were more playful and gossipy. Of course, that wasn't all the time. She'd heard of plenty of Halfbloods that didn't fit the stereotype of their parent. "Ah, that's cool." She grinned and then listened to everything else he had to say, which earned a little nod. "So are you always this sleepy?" She asked, trying to keep up the conversation the best she could while also voicing the question she had thought of earlier.

Rose looked to Jackson with a slight smirk. "Aphrodite kids, ya know?" she laughed. "Lily, you just lost a spar because your hair came undone..." she sighed, shaking her head. She glanced back at Hades' kid again, then walked forward, unsheathing her sword.

Dylan Thought about it, and shook his head "no not that i think actually, i belive i am usally alot more energetic, but it just seems that since I wasnt wearing my mask earlier it made me sleepy, probably because I cant control my own powers" he sighed look at her and tugging at the mask, "This one is a Fox Kabuki, but I guess that probably wouldnt intrest you " he said not sure what to say

Rebecca Frowned, "more like I Subconsciously use the mist in a fight and made her think she won, causing it to be a easy victory" she sighed and removed her sword from the back of lillians neck and spun on her heels to face the rose, she didnt know their names, but that didnt bother her, she just wanted to get good practice in

Amanda took his answer into consideration. It seemed logical enough. She payed close attention to what he was saying. The mask seemed important to him, but it still kept her questioning things. "Not being able to control your powers isn't something to get bummed about, though. It just means there's room for improvement. I still have some trouble despite the training I do. Sure, it's mostly because of some... anger issues... but still." she encouraged with a smirk. She started mumbling at the end, simply because she didn't like admitting to having some problems with controlling her anger at times. "As for the mask, I'm actually quite curious as to what exactly that is" she added quickly.

Dylan thought about it, "anger issues huh, you would have some pretty entertaining dreams then, but your power can be controlled, i dought mine can, just looking at my face makes your sleepy and mortals pass out" he sighed, "so i am not sure i want to improve that skill, dream walking it fun thought, and comes easily, but I have to sleep for it to work saddly" he sighed thinking about it, then changing the topic back to the mask "the mask is a Fox Kabuki mask, which is mask from japan, for some event festivals becuase it is worshiping fox fires I think it was, but generically because Foxs are often found in Japan myths " he said thinking about it

Amanda shifted her position slightly so she was facing him a bit more. She let out a little sigh and nodded. She disliked her temper and how she could rarely stop herself from snapping at other people when they frustrated her. It made her feel rude and untrustworthy. "Well, I'm sure there's a way to control your power other than wearing a mask all the time. You've just gotta figure out what it is." She stated matter-of-factly. She really did believe that there was a way to control every power, no matter how difficult. The mere fact that he seemed so hopeless confused her. Deciding to let the matter rest, she went back to talking about the mask Dylan wore. "Hmm... That sounds interesting." She said genuinely, nodding with interest.

Dylan Nodded "yes it is interesting, I have a whole collection of masks and know all about each of them, I am working on one, like creating my own, but its takeing time due to the fact i stop alot to sleep, " he said thinking, he yawned and lifted his mask a bit so he could rubb his eyes, then set it back in to place, "From Fandoms, to Super heros to Myths I collect alot of masks" he sighed

Thinking about the mask subject, Amanda figured it was actually pretty cool. "That's actually kinda awesome. The masks, I mean." she grinned and shifted again. She didn't like sitting still for long periods of time. She liked to move and explore places. Looking around for a moment, the teenager's eyes settled on the lake. It wasn't her favorite place in the world at all, since she didn't like water that much. Honestly, she was afraid of it. The idea of her swimming when she tended to generate lots of electricity scared her, so she avoided it at all costs. She could be a risk taker when she wanted to be, but water was the one thing she didn't enjoy being risky with. Drinking water was fine, she wouldn't ever be afraid of a bottle or cup of it, it was just large bodies of it that frightened her.
