History(optional); on her 16th birthday, a powerful villain cursed her, due to an old family wrath. Since then, she has been a well-known villain, and is very dangerous. (Sorry it's short)

Power(s)/Abilities; Technopathic and transducer Basically meaning she can see signals generated by things like cellphones, hack into it without needing a computer and listen in, or track it's location or whatever else. Or hack into a computer just by touching it.
Weaknesses? Prone to 'overloads' which can cause her to black out, she's also able to contract computer viruses.
History(optional); Ruby is the youngest of three kids in the Marten family. Her parents died in a car accident when she was ten. Ruby left her siblings, Annabella and Lancelot, to come live with her aunt. Mostly she spends her time fixing computers, because that's what she likes to do. She was born with her powers, and also had cancer, which she finally beat when she was three.
Personality(optional); Ruby is intelligent, but a little on the social awkward side. She was homeschooled growing up because of her abilities, which have not helped her social skills very much. She likes rainy days because of the way the raindrops refract the signals she sees it's really beautiful. She can be snarky at times. But she's loyal to those she trusts and cares about.
Other;Ruby isn't really a hero or a villian, she's just more of a utility support character. wears a "done the impossible" bracelet around her left wrist.

Ruby just left work after what felt like the longest day, even though she had left early. The amount of signals flying around lately hadn't been making things any easier for the technopath. and Part of her knew it was only gonna get worse as years went by. She headed for a coffee shop. Hoping to distract herself for a little while.

Kayla~ Roy and I walked back to Oliver's place. I wrapped my arms around Roy's neck,and kissed Roy. "Your so cute Roy." I said Roy. Roy and I walked in. (I'm a supporter of Felicity and Oliver)
Oliver~ "Hey Kayla and Roy." I said to Kayla. "Kayla did you have fun on your first date with Roy?" I asked Kayla. I knew my cousin Kayla liked Roy.
Kayla~ "Yeah I did Oliver." I replied to my cousin. "Where's Felicity?" I asked my cousin Oliver. "I want to tell Felicity how my date went." I said to Oliver. (Spencer what season of Arrow are we going off of Season 1, Season 2 or Season 3 or all 3 of seasons of Arrow? I know we're by the first season of Flash CW show)
Oliver~ "I don't know where Felicity is Kayla." I replied to Kayla. I looked at my cousin Kayla. Kayla is an amazing fighter.

He took a sudden jump to the right as a car swerved out into his way, loosing some speed in the process and running on the sidewalk. He narrowly missed hitting a couple people only to run into somebody else{Ruby}. Quickly loosing his balance he tucked his arms in before hitting the ground, hearing a small crack in his right elbow. He clenched his teeth for a moment as pain spread through his arm. He cleared his head quickly and looked over to the girl he had accidentally ran into, "I am so sorry, I guess I wasn't looking to where I was going," he said as he slowly got to his feet, "Are you okay?"

'Oh no, he's cute' ran through the technopath's mind, as she reached down to help the guy who had crashed into her. "I'm okay, but are you okay?" she asks, he looked like he'd hit the ground pretty hard. "I guess I wasn't looking where I was going either." She adds as she fixes her glasses.
