As the human moved closer, Skytide tried to back up, only to be stopped by the ice chunk pinning down her wing. She hissed in warning as the girl and dragon began to remove the ice, ready to attack if she needed to. "That is because you have either captured them or they have been captured by others or they have been driven away. " she growled, lashing her tail from side to side. She did not trust this human, nor the dragon on which the Viking rode.

I sighed. "There are still enemies lurking, but we have befriended the dragons, providing them with exceptional facilities. Most dragons aren't 'tamed' and they don't need a rider to be here on Berk, or to be 'owned'. In fact, it's actually a bond that dragon a rider have..." I stepped away a few steps from Ember, and she followed after me. "We don't control them, you dragons are extremely intelligent."

I saw the dragoness from before walk in front of my cell, and I cringed and turned, attempting to cover my ears when she made the excruciating noise. "Hey, what are you doing here?" I questioned blatantly.

~Sky Blossom~

I nodded. "Yes, I know that is true. I'm sure he keeps happy with my, odd, family." I chuckled. "My fath-, I mean, my mother's father, had something against Timberjacks, something that wasn't resolved for 15 years, when they found my egg, my mother and her father. NightHawk, his name was, learned to love and accept me. I never really called him grandfather, since he was more of a father figure, but that just makes it all the more confusing. As for Fire Charm..." I looked to the east. "He really showed me what love was, and he always talked about adventuring and exploring the world, so I just got so curious, and made my leave."

Personality: Shadowind is a Night Fury who won't be tamed easily. He let's humans come near him, but if one tries to ride him, he gets mad and moves away from the situation. He is caring, but he takes no nonsense from others.
Powers: Plasma fire, and is able to talk to humans telepathically only when he creates a strong bond.

Evardus eyed Brack as she walked by, she stopped dragging her claws and went back to observing the other dragons. She made one more pass before returning to Brack and finally replying to his question. "I am here because you foolishly ran into a trap and I can't see what happened to me happen to anyone else" she said then turned to the side giving Brack full view of her scars. (I never said on her form but because she had her wings removed she now has two large scars that run the length of her body where her wings should join to her body)

"I can understand that" he said "Timberjacks haven't always been accepted by the rest of the dragons for various reasons but its good to know that that's changing. If Fire Charm talked about exploring why did he not come with you?"

Skytide continued to glare untrustingly at the Viking. "You think that because you speak my language that I will buy into your lies. I will not be fooled by your kind." She knew that Berk was better than some of the other islands, but it would take a long time and a person with a lot of patience to convince her to trust people. Dropping ice on her wing was not a good move on this girl's part, and there was little the girl could do to change the fact that Skytide had now been convinced that she was untrustworthy.

I stood up better and looked back, agast. "I-I'm so sorry." I didn't know what to say, my scales turning blue. "Humans did that?"

~Sky Blossom~

"The reason is because I left in the dead of the night, so no one would come along and get lost with me. I wanted to make the adventure myself. I have visited back there once, before I found Berk, finding that our family had grown by a few. I stayed for a few months to reconnect and to help raise the two new ones. I also found a devastating truth when I returned. My mother had lost a wing, mangled by a human trap. Her Skrill mate she was with for the season carried her home, then returned to the taiga where he lived."

I sighed. "There is nothing I can do to change your opinion, and I won't. You can feel free to rest in Berk and use our facilities, just don't cause any trouble." I gave her one last smile before mounting on Ember and leaving. My purple friend also gave the dragoness a friendly nod.

~Ember~

We flew along back to Berk, taking my rider to her home outside of the village. I noticed that all of the other dragons were gone. Scauldy must be out fishing, for sure. It was none of my business. I let Aramarie unsaddle me, giving a loving pat and hug on the head before I turned away. I purred back as well. I walked back to the village, the people acknowledging me as they past, hurrying on to continue with the tasks of their day.

Shadowind had just left another village. A human child had befriended him, but his parents found out, and they tried to kill him. He had been flying for what seemed like hours.

"I need to find a place to rest. My wings are starting to get sore."

Suddenly, he picked up the scent of several other dragons, and another Night Fury. He quickly changed his course and spotted land in the distance. After landing a short distance away from the village, he lit the ground on fire, and laid down to rest.

~Ember~

I sniffed the air a bit as I walked. My senses were always active, I wanted to help and let the village know of anything anytime needed. The air smelled of the slight tinge of, smoke. Plasma smoke, more specifically, from a Night Fury. They were getting more common around here now, so it wasn't a big deal. I grabbed a fresh bucket of water just in case, and walked in the direction where I smelled it.

Shadowind was snoring loudly when he picked up another scent. It was a Night Fury. Acting in self-defense, his pupils narrowed into slits. He waited quietly for the other Fury to appear.

I sensed tension as I walked into the area and put down my bucket to speak. "Hello there? I mean no threat. May I come forth?" I picked up the bucket again and stood, waiting for an answer.

(btw, just for note, she is not precisely a Night Fury, she's mixed with a larger, Northern Fury, and a Skrill. Even though she's female, she's slightly bigger than a male Night Fury, even :3 She has 1/3 of Night Fury in her, so she could smell slightly of it)
