Like the rest of the Felt, Crowbar has abilities related to time, except his relies more on the crowbar that he always carries. This crowbar has the ability to destroy any time related object (better keep an eye on the TARDIS). I believe that it can also negate time powers, for instance, if he catches Itchy with it, it will stop his powers until he takes the crowbar off him. Rebel, correct me if I'm wrong on that.
