Tokyo Ghoul: "Unravel" (NOW OPEN-PLEASE JOIN)

Uta already had smelled the coffee and was thoroughly enjoying it. When she mentioned going inside he nodded. "I wouldn't mind stopping by." The ghoul agreed gladly, approaching the shop. He looked over at her a moment, slowly letting the lie sink in that she was human. She certainly looked the part, so he would believe it. Uta wondered if there would be any ghouls lingering in the place. Usually where you found coffee, you found ghouls. A lot of them enjoyed indulging in the one human thing they could do. Uta kept his steps long and lazy, slowly sliding along the pavement with such sloth and grace he was akin to a fat bird gliding in the sky.

Mishka stepped in and orderd a coffee. "You want one?" She asked grabbing her cup. And the crasaunt.after paying she took a small bite of it expecting it to taste sweet. But it was foul, enough to make her gag. "What? Um sir I think your crasaunts went bad..." She said ponting to her recently baught pastrie,

The corner of Uta's mouth twitched in a way that could almost be mistaken for a flash of a thankful smile. "Sure, thank you." Uta agreed, happy for the offer. When he saw her gag he attempted to hide the amusement rising in his chest. The face she made reminded him of the face Touka made when she first tried to stomach human food. Uta took a slow calming breath through his nose and watched her, his eyes hooded with deep amusement. He had no way to tell whether or not the pastry was rotten, since he had never paid much attention to them. They weren't exactly his usual fare. To him, they tasted like some milky diluted bile that had been left to dry out in the sun.

Mishka drank her coffe to wash the taste out of her mouth. She bought Uta a coffe and looked at him. "You think it's funny?" Her cheeks puffed out a little and they where slightly redden from embaresment. But the scowl quickly turned to a softly smile. She gave him his coffee. "Shall we sit and drink our coffee..."

Touka Kirishima
As Touka heard a familiar voice on the other line, her heart leaped into her throat, preventing her from talking for a minute which honestly was probably pretty odd for Touka. Finally getting herself to talk, her voice was quiet. "Hello? It's Touka... " She paused for a minute, suddenly unsure of her words. Was this the right thing to do? After all, this was her fault... " I'm sorry for everything, I just can't sto-" A screech. It was her stop. She couldn't miss it now, or she'd never make it to her destination. " I have to go, just, if you want to m- never mind. I'm just going somewhere that caused me more pain than this. " With that, Touka hung up the phone rather quickly and turned toward the exit of the train. She felt bad for leaving the boy but even for a ghoul, the place she was heading wasn't ever safe. After exiting the train car, she took off in a sprint with her head down towards a location she wish she never would've been. Upon a couple minutes of holding a strait out sprint, Touka slowed at the entrance of an old abandoned building that soared above her head. Finding the front doors sealed firmly, she scaled the side of the building into an open window to enter the building. Guess her free time practicing parkour paid off. Feet hitting the tile ground causing a small echo to sound around her, she walked down the old halls with memories flashing through her mind. CCG. Agori. Ayato. Blood. Kaneki. Suffering. Looking up to find a blood covered wall, she just shook her head as all of it was old and dry, easily mistaken for a dark spray paint or something. Finding herself in an unknown part of the building, she found a small dripping trail of blood. Jason's blood. Following this trail, she was confronted with two large steel doors that she had to forcefully kick in to get inside. Upon stepping in, she looked between the floor and ceiling. This room just yelled torture as is. Curiously heading toward a chair with a couple loose chains, an all too familiar scent hit her nose. Leaning down to run her hands over a bit of dried blood, she was finally understanding why Kaneki change. He was being tortured and that old man refused to inform her of anything. Anger and defeat flared inside her as she fell to her knees and just stared at the chair. How much else didn't she know?

Uta was surprised that she noticed his amusement at all. Most people that hadn't none him for very long had no clue when he found something funny. "Perhaps just a little." He remarked, allowing a small smile to come over his face. When she bought him the coffee he thanked her and watched her puff out her cheeks. Gently, he reached out and poked her cheek, seeing if he could make the cheek go flat. He didn't pay attention to whether or not it was coffee or air in her mouth. Uta took a sip of his coffee and nodded, going to sit down.

Mishka grabbed utas finger after he poked her cheek. "Can I help you sir?" She said in a amused tone. She took a another drink of her coffee and looked outside, she seemed to be enjoying the time she was having, she released Utas hand. "Uta, has there ever Been any female you liked?" She asked curiosly.

Uta's eyes widened slightly when she grabbed his finger, like he was a child caught making a mess. He innocently drank some of his coffee with the other hand and acted like he totally meant to be caught. When she released his hand Uta let it limply hang, dangling at his side. He heard her question and furrowed his eyebrows, misunderstanding it completely. "Of course. Half of my friends are girls. Why wouldn't I like females?" He asked, surprised by the question. Did she think he was sexist? Did she have some unforeseen issue with women? He wasn't sure.

"Like did you like them the way I like you" she explained further. Part of her hoped he didn't have anyone he liked yet. Her eyes where soft and curios. Ut there was the unmistakable gentle affection in her eyes as well. Her stomach growled. She was so hungry. But ignored it's little

Touka Kirishima
As Touka stood, the door behind her squeaked as it's hinges were kicked right off to reveal two larger men with their kagunes extended towards her. Turning around rather frantically, she knew this fight was way over her head causing the ghoul to back up- the first mistake she had made in a fight in a long time. She showed weakness right off the bat and the two men were grinning ear to ear as they laughed harshly and called her a decent meal. So these were part of the cannibalistic ghoul group. Summoning her own kagune without a second thought, she lashed out her flames wing to send sharp bullets their way. Running towards a wall, she boosted off a wall to climb on top of a loose pipe nearly twenty feet above them. Eyes quickly scanning to find another slim pipe, she lunged toward it and just in time as one of the men's kagunes crashed through a wall she had just left. Blinking dust from her eyes that floated up, the taunts continued to be thrown her way. "Come on little birdy!" "Fly faster!" Eyes flashing as the names became progressively worse and unrepeatable, she couldn't hold her tongue any longer. " Shut your damn mouths! Trash like you shouldn't be roaming this earth!" Only then in the middle of her flare up, did her heart drop. She realized she had said something like that to Kaneki at one point. Oh how she regretted it. As a verbal battle started to take place, she had to forget those times as she perched above the cannibal ghouls. Done with their poor comebacks she jumped and her kakugan transformed in her eyes as her pupil seemed to grow black and take over her sclera and transform her iris blood red with veins of red breaking through the black coloring of her eyes and over her skin around her eyes. Her ukaku spread as she leapt, only to be brought close and seemingly wrapped around her body, allowing her dangerous crystals to fly everywhere while her body was protected. Soon she neared the ground and her wing shot out as her body flipped so Touka could land on her feet. Raising herself, she turned to find one man completely covered by her attack and the other partially blind in one eye but his other eye glaring. Sprinting toward him to place and attack, she was quickly batted by his kagune and was sent flying towards the wall and crashed harshly against it as the stone shattered beneath her. Falling, she was quickly picked up by the hair and was face to face with the ghoul. Hearing the snarl to the voice she was pinned against the wall. "Now, I'm gonna give ya a lil' gift from those doves that so generously gave us a little shot that will stop the use of your kagune, love. Don't be too afraid- it'll only hurt like hell as the only way to get this in you is through the eye." Suddenly there was pain coursing through her body, and the flickering of her wing dispersed and the pressure of her ghoul eye subsided. Toppling over as the man stood over her like prey, she managed to struggle away from him and focused all her energy on running as she heard him continue to use vulgar language against her. Breaking through the door by using her shoulder, she sprinted down a hall, up a staircase, across a walkway, up two more flights of stairs and into a dark room that was no bigger than a bathroom, she found the wall and dropped to her knees in defeat. She was in way over her head.
