"I suppose." With that, she was sent to a chair and in a matter of half an hour, she had her hair dyed and cut. "On the house for our heartbroken young girl here." She heard the woman say as she was digging through her pockets for some money. Eyes widening as a smile crossed her features, she bowed her head and gave her thanks as she walked out the door. Not all humans were bad. Maybe she was wrong again.

Fei let out a quiet grumble as he sat up from the cold hard ground. It's been weeks since he's left home, and he's only eaten old food from the dumpster, which he ended up throwing up later. The boy never expected it to be this hard. He's seen people do it so easily on tv, but of course those were just actors. As Fei stood, he heard his stomach growl, making him double over in pain. He slowly pulled himself up and began making his way out of his little alleyway. He knew there that no one would mess with him, nor would they try to hurt him. As the boy made a right turn, he came into contact with a rather pretty girl. She just got her hair done, which was obvious since she was walking out of the salon he was all too familiar with. The brief bump caused Fei's entire body to fall on the ground, too tired and hungry to really pick himself back up.
