"Calm down. Getting snappy with me isn't going to help anything." He sighed shaking his head as he crossed his arms. He knew that if she did completely lose control he could more than likely stop her but still that wasn't somethig he really wanted to do. "Just do it" he said encouraging her to try it. When she did finally begin to repeat the phrase Derek couldn't help but absently repeat the words under his breath. To any human repeating three words may seem stupid but to a creature of the moon it could make all the sense in the world. "See it helps no matter how stupid it may sound. The key is always to keep a level head" he replied quietly as he noticed her fangs retracting.

"Yeah, yeah," Kari replied after a few moments. "I still say it's probably just the placebo effect. You told me it works so it does." She leaned against a tree, closing her eyes for a second. "Perhaps no more running for the moment? That just makes me want to lose control." When she opened her eyes again, they were finally changed back to their regular green.

(Yeah, sure. It'll probably be a good time for Kari to show off her hunter skills anyway. Plus she has a few surprises hidden up her sleeve (pretty much literally))

"When I was learning control I never cared what it was just as long as it worked" he replied with a slight shrug. Derek nodded and pressed his back against the trunk of a nearby tree. He looked up at the bright silvery moon which hung over head now. His eyes shined the vibrant beautiful blue, the light of the moon only intensifying the color. Closing his eyes he moved his gaze back down and only reopened them to reveal the usual dull blue coloring. "So tell me. Have you heard of werewolves that could change completely into a wolf?" He asked. Derek had decided to see how much she really did know, plus the conversation could act as a needed distraction for her.

Soon jasmines howl rang threw the air it wasn't the lonely kindbof howl it was the in pain kindbof howl. Her father wasn't even in his wolf form he had sliced at her with his sword that's blade was dipped into wolfsbane. He had cold blue eyes (natural color) he had dark black short hair and was in a rogue kind of black clothes with two swords on his back.

She was shaking as her father spoke to her in her ear "im back you thought you could get away with what you did. Do you think you deserve to be happy? " he said coldly he then grabbed her if anyone tried to strike him no matter how they did it the girl would be hurt saverly or worse killed. She was shaking her memories of him fear just from the memories of him.
