Cadence is a musical term meaning the rhythmic flow of a sequence of sounds or words
Desrosiers is French for "of the roses", referring to her attractive appearance and relation to the color of her magic, which is a pink-red. Her friends commonly call her Cade.

A long side-pony tail made of thick light brown hair hangs over her right side. Hair of the same color make side bangs waving over her left eye. Her face is oval-shaped, with a ski-slope shaped nose. Cadence has light pink eyes, the same color as her magic with the exception of the little specks of white.
Below a pink jacket with white detailing is a gold croptop held together at the bust with a bow tie. The rest of the crop top is open to Cadence's toned stomach. A white and pink pleated skirt reach just above her knees. Below that are gold-colored closed-toed flats with a bow tie at the top.
For her formal wear, her hair is let down, which reaches to her hips, and parts are tied up with light pink bow ties. Her dress has a heart-shaped neckline that is rimmed with pink gems all the way down the dress until her knees, which ruffles and cuts down the side, showing off her leg. Her shoes are open-toed light pink platform pumps (7 inches high) with gold-colored gems on the top front of the shoe.

In which the user of the music sings a few notes of a song-sounding spell, causing the target to begin feeling the desire to dance or begin to not be able to hear at all and become dazed for a short amount of time. This magic is commonly used to incapacitate a target to run away, or allow for an ally to recover for a short time.
Requip: Instruments
In which the user produces an magical instrument that has a specific spell assigned to it. These instruments usually give off a glow of a chosen color, one that associates the magic to the user. For Cadence Desrosiers, it is a light pink with the occasional glimmer of white resembling stars. These magical instruments are only solid for the user- other beings cannot knock it away from the user's hands. For example, the user plays a note on a tuba and causes the target to be blown back a few feet.
Cadence currently has the following instruments: (more may be added in the roleplay as she finds them)
Tuba (offensive, blows the target(s) back around 20-30 feet)
Flute (defensive, lulls the target(s) to sleep)
Violin (offensive, the only instrument that can make physical contact with another being, can be knocked out of the user's hands. Disorients the surrounding beings (allies and enemies) with a harsh scratching 'nails on the chalkboard' sound.

Kind
Cadence, if explained in a two words, would be beautiful, and kind. Kindness is a very broad term, but Cadence is kind to a broad group of people. Anyone she meets, whether an enemy or ally, is treated kindly until there's a reason not to.
Gullible
This one is quite simple. You could tell the poor girl that the sky was falling, and she'd believe you and start hunkering under a table. It's very easy to scare and prank her, and she knows it, too.
Peaceful
Cadence, if anything, just wants peace to fall over Fiore. Her one wish is to stop all of the fighting and the bad things happening, as well as convert all of the dark guilds to official guilds. She doesn't like to fight with anyone, even enemies, and usually only uses support magic to help her allies beat them up. However, if worst comes to worst, she won't hesitate to use her magic to save her and her allies.
Extroverted
Cadence's giggle can be heard all over Fiore, and she knows it and enjoys it. Her extroverted nature earned her the nickname Papillion, meaning butterfly.
Flirty
Of course, you can't be in Blue Pegasus without having a certain trait, it's almost like destruction is synonymous with Fairy Tail. Cadence can flirt with just about anyone at any time, without even knowing.
Courageous
Cadence, even if told the sky is falling, and hiding under a table for a few minutes, eventually gets up and demands that everyone help get the town's people to safety, even if it means putting her own life at risk.
Independent
Even though she doesn't like being by herself, Cadence finds it easier to rely on herself to get things done. She rarely asks anyone else to help her with anything.
Hardheaded and Stubborn
Even with her independence, Cadence is hardheaded and once again, nearly never asks anyone to help her, even if she desperately needs it. It takes quite a long time to get her to realize that she can't do a task by herself, and needs to ask her friends and rely on them from time to time.
History:
There's nothing much to put here, to be honest. Cadence came from a middle-class family, in which she and her brother both had magical qualities. While he decided to not use his magic and become a prison guard, Cadence took the road to becoming a professional wizard in a guild.
