Superhero RP (New and Accepting!!)

Dean landed near Danasi and Kaii saying, "Didn't see Victor or that other guy he was fighting alongside. Is everyone alright, for the most part?"

Raven looked over at Victor saying, "I have a safe place we can go. The heroes won't find us there."

Kaii nodded as she sat down on the ground, leaning forward slightly, hands on her knees. Just because she did it doesn't mean she would be fine afterwards. That took a lot of her energy. She gave a nod to Danasi in gratitude, too weary for words as she breathed deeply in and out, the cells in her body taking in sunlight and feeding her energy. She looked up at Danasi and smiled. "Couldn't have done it without you, my friend. Thanks." She looked to Dean and studied him. "For the most part, I think so. We're tough cookies." She stood shakily. "Alright," she said, taking charge, "I want two people to check on the civilians- make sure they're okay. Help is on the way; sirens are coming in now that Victor's Ruin has disappeared and cleared a path. Someone help me with Runepriest, preferably Dean. He'll be happy to see a familiar face when he wakes. I'll take him to the Fortress of Solitude, and I'll send an aircraft to come pick the remainder of heroes up and bring them to the Fortress. We need to have a meeting, agreed?"

Victor looked to his protege and nodded. "Take me there at once. And tell me of you life here, what you've noticed from living amongst the humans."

"um, well, i wouldn't call myself a hero. i just saw people that needed help." Danasi replied modestly. "i'm not sure if i'm cut out for the hero business. i might be more trouble than help. but i would be willing to come with you for the sake of telling you what i know even if it isn't much. I just have a friend i would like to bring along if that's all right." she gestured to Jaidex.
(did it dissapear from their clothes and stuff too?)

"Yes Master, follow me," Raven replied as he rose into the air, turning into a smaller raven as he flew towards the place he had called home for some time.

Dean nodded saying, "Sounds like a plan to me. Come on, let's get Rune out of here and we'll all meet back at the fortress." He got to his feet and walked over to Rune, gathering the unconscious man in his arms and lifting off the ground.

Victor followed, his eyes roaming the world beneath him. "Such a beautiful place. I hate it."

(It doesn't stick to clothes and hair or skin; it enters the skin, and if it gets knocked out of you it's gone completely.)
Kaii turned to Danasi. "A hero is anyone who does anything to help someone in need. Powers don't matter. Batman is a hero. I'll see you at the Fortress." She turned and shot up after Dean, rising up beside him. "How're you feeling?"

I wake up to the sound of wind whistling past my ears. I open my eyes a crack, seeing the face of Dean above me. "Wha... Where..." I try to speak, but it feels like my mouth is filled with sawdust.

(oh okay. so i'll just assume she's clean now.)
Danasi watched them go for a second before turning to Jaidex. "well i guess i should follow them. do you want to come?" she asked, hoping he would say yes. she didn't really know these people even if she had seen them a few times.

"These people call their world many things. Personally, I think it could stand to be a bit darker around here," Raven replied as he led Victor to the hotel he was staying at. It was a massive skyscraper with a penthouse suite on the top floor that he had all to himself. Landing on the balcony, he led his Master inside saying, "Here we are. This has been my home since I was separated from you. I had to change the decor a bit to better suit myself. I hope you like it." 'Changed a bit' would be an understatement to see what Raven had done to the suite. It's very being oozed dark gothic with a rich Victorian era undertone, dark reds and black everywhere from the wallpaper to the ceiling and carpet.

Dean looked down at Rune saying, "Don't try to speak Rune. You've been through quite a lot in the past hour. We're taking you back to the Fortress to get some rest. You'll be alright soon."

"Rest..." I say. "Like...Rest...." With an enourmous effort, I lift my head to look at Dean. "Did...we win?"

Dean grinned as he replied, "That we did my friend, that we did. Now, rest and you'll feel better soon."
