Dean smiled gently at Kaii as he said softly, "I can't help but worry about you. It's hard trying to rebuild a relationship that I tore down. You do know that...I didn't mean a word of it, don't you?"

Pietro pulled her up, wincing all the while. It wasn't that she was heavy, quite the opposite actually. His injury was being strained, and it didn't feel good. "You need to watch where you valk."

Kaii's smile dropped and she disconnected she contact as she stepped away and said, "Dean, I wish I could believe that. But you don't understand what I went through, and it's not all your fault. I mean, my cousin's death is still a part of it. I can't trust as easily as I once did. I'm not saying never... I'm just saying give me more time."

Jiko blinked. "Hiro... I wouldn't fit in," she said. "I mean; what would you aunt think of me? A superhero! With powers! Honest to God powers!" She ran her hands through her hair nervously as she started hyperventilating. "What will everyone think of me?? I'd be a freak!"

Cassandra growled back. "Watch it. I may not want to hurt you, but the Ruin is strong." (Kinda changing Cassandra's character a bit. Instead of her being made entirely of Ruin, Victor just put all the Ruin in one person, and it's kinda like a split personality going on. Felt like she would be better to use that way.)

Hiro put his hands on her shoulders.

"Jiko. It's okay. How about this? If I find a way home, and I can return here, I'll ask Aunt Cass about you, and if she's okay with that, could you come with me then?"

Alex worked in his lab. It had been weeks since he last saw Annastasia. When she first left, he worried about her. Then he saw her stupid superhero face on tv receiving an award from some person. The mayor maybe? He didn't pay attention long enough before he had turned it off. She obviously didn't care about him. She would have come back otherwise. He had decided to forget about her. And he did, except for now. He sat down on the cold floor and sighed. None of this was fun by himself. Not even the one friend he had made since Annastasia left was around often. Maybe he needed to get out. Have a drink or two. Standing, he did the latter. He went to the lobby, which took a while due to him being on the top floor, and asked where the nearest bar was.

Kat rolled her eyes and sighed as they ignored her..."I need some air."

Jazelle looked up at the guy and tipped her head to the side. She softly asked "Are...are you alright?"

"However long you need, I'll wait for you, promise," Dean replied softly, lowering his head for a moment then glancing up at her.

(Coolness, makes her even more creepy)

"Just get in there and see what Victor wants with you," Raven ordered, pointing back to the living room.
