Warning, post may contain spoilers for non batman obsessed people. Proceed with caution. Especially if you don't know the history of the Robins.)
Name: Lilly Manson
Age: 23
Superhero name: Red Lilly
Powers: None, she's good at fighting, and has a couple gadgets up her sleeve. She can hold her own against most people with powers stronger than hers.
Apperance(picture or detailed description): Medium long dark brown hair, almost black. Big brown eyes.
Personality: She's a bit fractured on the inside, as her history will state. She is more of a mentor or a guide to the other superheroes, there to share her knowledge rather than her power. She acts unusually sunny for her condition, and likes to assume her civilian identity rather than her super one.
Crush: Jason Todd
Relationship: ... Ima take this as relationship with other characters... Sooo that's all explained in history.
History: Jason Todd as you might know, was the second robin in the batman series. Lilly was his girlfriend while he was Robin. When
SPOILER Jason died... Which you may or may not know happened, Lilly stayed at the Wayne mansion for a while, having grown close to Bruce as well during her time with Jason. To help her deal with her grief, Bruce trains her, and makes her his temporary sidekick in Jason's absence, not wanting to create another Robin after his failure with Jason, also Lilly not wanting to take on the role of Robin. Bruce swore to himself he would never put Lilly in any serious danger. When
SPOILER Jason returns as the Red Hood, Lilly has a few run ins with him before he finds out who she is. After
SPOILER Jason tries to kill the joker, Lilly finds out that he is alive and, well, it's been a few years since he died so imagine how that went. After being seriously scarred like that... Well, that's not as important as this part. A year after Jason died, Bruce recieved a message from the joker, A card with a red lily on it, along with a joker playing card. So... About a year after Jason comes back, one of the Joker's men pushed Lilly off a roof, meant to kill her, and she becomes paralyzed from the waist down. She has hidden braces that help her walk, but she's not much good at fighting anymore, and prefers to stay in her wheelchair. Most of the Superheroes she meets up with, meet her with the braces on (they are pretty invisible beneath her clothing) so they don't know she technically can't walk. Sorry for the long History.

heh heh heh...
Other: She still lives in the Wayne mansion, and still has many of her Batman universe connections.
